Access to hotel is bad I have never stayed in ahotel where there is no complimentary drinking water As we reached thirsty we were asked to buy water Only two pouches of tea for a couple for the whole day!!! Rest you need to buy

The service and food at the restaurant was great, with friendly and helpful staff. The room (luxury mountain cabin) was however a let down. The booking say wifi is available, but when you get there, it is only available at the restaurant area. Towels look very old. There is no bar fridge in the room. They say they have a coffee station, but they don't replenish the milk, thus you can only make coffee once. I ordered flower petals and paid for it, but they did not provide it. Both mornings of our stay we woke up with no water in our room, thus could not shower. The showet also don't have tiles on the wall, it is just painted. The view is however great.

The location is beautiful, but the property needs a lot of attention. No security anymore. Gates are left open at night. Dining area needs attention. Rooms are outdated and towels were old. The staff are friendly, but the owners have stop spending money on the place. I will unfortunately not stay there again. Sad, as i have been going there for the last 10 years

I can't fault it anyhow really, it was a very nice experience for me

For me bathtub was an ordeal water takes time to run out and still need to be cleaned thoroughly so overall shower was and is gonna be stand out point thank you

The overall view of the place looked so beautiful, but a little disappointed by the reception area, it looked not well kept and disorganized.

We enjoyed our stay overall the staff were great and incredibly friendly, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. However, the bed was not comfortable and made quite a bit of noise whenever we moved, which affected our sleep. With a better mattress and quieter frame, the experience would have been perfect.

From arrival to check out, what an amazing weekend, The food was super tasty, the view was out of this world, the spa treatment was heaven, accommodation neat, clean and spectacular. The staff was always friendly and helpful, special thank you to our server Simon for his excellent service right through the weekend. You guys made my birthday extra special. Thank you
