Element Lexington

We love it

Was nicer than I expected. The room even has stove and dishwasher, even though we didn't use it. The room could be a bit bigger, since we need to use the sofa couch, but by opening the bed, there is barely any space left for moving into / out of the beds. The breakfast is pretty good. Even on the website we booked, it stated otherwise, it's actually free for people staying there. And they have a very nice gym too.

The room was clean, but housekeeping staff did not replenish the body wash in the room. Found that out when i was already fully in the shower. They fixed the situation, but the inconvenience was already had. Aside from that, there was a lot of wear and tear in the room. The rollup curtains were damaged and were a bit of a struggle to move up and down. The sink faucet handles leaked water when you turned the water on, the shower handle was falling off too. There was a broken light switch as well. As newer as this place looks and feels, it is clearly not well managed or maintained. The morning breakfast was a train wreck. The staff could not keep up with the demand of guests wanting to eat. They were scattered and all over the place. I mostly get the sense that the whole place is ran by a younger generation that hasn't had proper training.

Excellent value in a pricey part of the world. Outstanding pool/exercise facilities. Very good location for Lexington/Concord US history visit.

No cleaning services during my 4nights 5 days stay, no changing towels nothing. Breakfast - mediocre Room - very good

Breakfast menu was fresh, room was clean. The next hotel we stayed at following the Element Lexington had HVAC issues, the staff was not helpful and we were glad to leave all because our experience at the Element Lexington was so wonderful. We will be back again to the Element Lexington. Thank you for a wonderful stay
