If you are looking for a calm and quiet place this is the place. If you are a so trouble, I highly recommend. The service there is excellent and the people who work there are very nice. And the place is just stunning and really modern

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to reach by metro and bus. The staff are very friendly, the facilities are clean, and the luggage storage room is a nice bonus~

The location is a little distance from centre. However it is near to Metro (Heroismo) and bus. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is basic but have small kitchen for you to cook if you need, we did not utilise the kitchen anyway.

We had a truly perfect stay at Jam Hotel Porto. From the very beginning everything felt easy and welcoming. The room was in excellent condition, almost like new, very modern and thoughtfully designed. It was always clean and perfectly tidy which made it very comfortable to come back to after a day in the city. What made the stay really special was the lovely lady at the reception. She noticed that I was celebrating my birthday during our stay and organized a birthday muffin to be brought up to my room. It was such a kind and personal gesture that I did not expect at all and it honestly made my day. Overall it felt like a place where people really care about their guests, not just in a professional way but in a warm and genuine way. I would happily stay here again without hesitation.

This hotel has a great sense of style and is really affordable compared to others. The interior decor is fresh and modern. The common areas like the pool, library, co-working space, and cafe are all beautifully designed – perfect for relaxing. My room was simple but the bathroom was very spacious, equipped with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, towels, and a hairdryer. There were no slippers or bottled water, but there was a mini-fridge. The wardrobe had a safe and an extra duvet. My only gripe is that it was quite dark, even with all the lights on. If you're planning to work on your laptop like I was, it might be a bit of a challenge, though you could always use the public areas. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Highly recommend.

I came to this hotel without any expectations and had only booked one night. But all the service, pool, spacious room and modern look made me feel like home and I booked another night. I'll be back here whenever I go ti Porto.
