Stay Hello Hongdae Sinchon

Fantastic! This stay was super comfortable, and the public areas outside were kept very clean and pleasant, haha. The room is a bit small, but for one person, there's plenty of space! Everyone is welcome to come and stay at this hotel!

I had a few issues with the room key, but the staff handled them kindly. The only downside was that the drain wasn't properly cleaned and got clogged. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. The self-service kiosk was also easy to use.

I really liked this hotel. It has a great location, right next to Sinchon subway station. There are plenty of 24-hour cafes and shops nearby, and it feels very safe! Check-in and check-out are completely contactless, done through a machine in the lobby. The room itself is tiny but cozy, with panoramic windows. It's perfect for one person. As for the downsides: there was no housekeeping during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. In Korea, you sort your trash, but there were no sorting bags in the room, and the trash cans were tiny. Sometimes I had to pile plastics next to the bin. The room itself, including the shower and toilet, was very clean. However, under the curtains between the window and the bed, there were some food scraps and hair. It seems like that spot is hard for housekeeping to reach.

The location is super convenient, with tons of restaurants nearby. Getting to Myeongdong or Hongdae is a breeze, no transfers needed. Plus, the airport bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away. The room decor is adorable! I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Korea.

This hotel is entirely self-service, and the room was very clean and well-equipped, even coming with charging cables and a hair straightener. The location is also excellent; the airport bus stop is nearby, it's in a Korean neighborhood, and it's super convenient to walk to Hongdae. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

The accommodation is clean and has a common laundry room. There's no cleaning service, and the room is quite small for two people; you can only open one suitcase at a time. You can store your luggage there. The location is excellent, right where you can go shopping. It's super close to Daiso and Olive Young, and there are lots of restaurants. It's just one station away from Hongdae.

The location is really convenient and the surrounding area is very lively. However, the room is ridiculously tiny (though I already knew this before checking in, so I'm not complaining about that). However, don't expect anyone to help you if you run into any issues. We used up all the facial tissues on our first night (the original supply wasn't enough to begin with), and couldn't find any in the kitchen area. The next morning, I reached out via Instagram DM, WhatsApp, and WeChat to ask where we could find more or if someone could bring us some, but nobody has replied to this day. Of course, running out of tissues isn't a huge deal, but it clearly shows that if you encounter any problems and try to reach out for help through various channels, you will get zero response!

The room felt a bit small and slightly overpriced, but overall it was excellent! It's very close to the subway station, and everything you need is nearby, making it well worth the stay. Although luggage storage at the entrance is free, I'd recommend putting a lock on your suitcase.

I had a reservation, but check-in failed, and I was left stranded for about two hours, which was really frustrating. Being in an unstaffed place is unsettling.
