Olivi Hotel & Natural Spa

We recently stayed at Hotel Olivi in Sirmione and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities and a relaxing atmosphere, but what really made our stay special was the outstanding service. In particular, Diego and Suri were exceptional. They couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay, always going above and beyond with a smile. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a huge difference and truly elevated our experience. Another highlight was the evening restaurant. The food was consistently excellent, with a great selection of dishes and high-quality ingredients. Every meal was something to look forward to. We also enjoyed a 50-minute spa treatment, which was incredibly relaxing and one of the highlights of our trip. The spa facilities were excellent, and the treatment left us feeling completely refreshed. Overall, we were extremely impressed with Hotel Olivi and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sirmione. We look forward to returning in the future.

AMAZING find.. this hotel is a gem it is pure quality and the staff could not do enough for you. The breakfast waiter from shri Lanka made our breakfast cheerful every morning. There are zero negatives and too many fantastic positives !!!!quality and perfection all in one package. Superb location do not hesitate to book this hotel. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Olivi in Sirmione. The centre of Sirmione can get very busy with tourists, but this hotel was an oasis of calm. The staff were lovely, and our room (classic double, Room 133) looked out over the Lake with a balcony. Breakfast each day was great, and the spa was amazing. We loved lying by the pool and having lunch in the pool cafe. We didn't leave the old town of Sirmione for our whole stay of 3 days as it was so relaxing. However, there are boats which go from Sirmione to the other towns around the lake so it's easy to get around. We travelled easily from central Venice by train to Desenzano (about 36 euros one way per person), and then we got a boat from Desenzano to Sirmione (3.50 euros each) (but you could get a taxi (about 40 euros) or go on the bus. A great trip to escape from real life for a bit!

Lovely location and staff. Sirmione is a very busy place and difficult to reach by car. Be aware that the hotel is also a cat sanctuary so those with allergies should avoid it.

Great break with our family. The staff are excellent, so helpful. Pool and spa were fantastic. A lovely place to spend a few days.

Stayed for a week. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The staff are all very friendly. The spa was good and especially useful when the weather wasn’t so good. Breakfast was good. We bought the three evening meal package which was great value. The room was clean. If we were to be really picky our only criticism is the lack of space in the bedroom with no dressing table and nowhere to store your cases. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay again if we came back to Sirmionie.

Beautiful setting - shame the hotel is lacking attention to detail. Stayed for a week and bedding was only changed on the Thursday - 5 days in, floors were dirty in the room and dust/dead flies remained there the whole time. Mould in the bathroom, mirror broken and marks on the walls Flies came into the room despite having the balcony door shut. Limited tea and coffee. Took 20 minutes to be served morning coffees at breakfast. Dinner was incredible so there definitely room to improve just disappointing for such an expensive hotel the service and quality was so poor.

Stayed at Hotel Olivi & Spa for a few nights and overall found it to be an average experience. The rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean, although not particularly luxurious. The location and general atmosphere of the hotel were pleasant. There were a few areas that could definitely be improved. The pillows really need updating as they weren’t very comfortable. Service at the bar was disappointing at times, with staff seeming more interested in watching TV than engaging with guests. Breakfast was okay but fairly average for this type of hotel. It would also improve the experience if staff came to the table to offer coffee or egg orders rather than guests having to ask each time. Overall, a decent stay but not quite at the level we expected from a spa hotel.
