The room was renovated, i did request a high room and got 7th floor, the only issue would be the room is not well insulated or soundproof as i kept getting woken up by the drunk people coming in at 1-2am

Shower wouldn't shut off, a spider the size of a silver dollar was in my room, and there was a 2 inch open gap umder my door. I could take a picture of the room with my camera. This place has really gone downhill.

The hotel staff was very professional. The valets were extremely helpful and did such a great job of taking care of our luggage and getting us up to our room. Overall, a wonderful experience.

It’s been a while, but had a wonderful time in GR. Nice location for sure. Fabulous weekend brunch; the sorbet mimosa was so yummy! Would def come back.

First time staying here and we were impressed. The room was clean and recently updated. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We are definitely going to stay here again next Tim we are in GR.
