Nice hotel and great service. Awesome view and parking is convenient, too！

Super clean and comfortable. Very attentive staff. We were in town for business and needed to stay an additional night. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate the request even though it was a busy week and they were at capacity for bookings. The second they had a cancellation they notified us and we were able to keep our room an additional night rather than having to move elsewhere. Will stay again.

This was hands-down the best experience I have had at any hotel, ever. Every single staff member was friendly without being overbearing, my room was fantastic, the club lounge was well stocked and clean, the spa was INCREDIBLE and it truly was the perfect getaway. I want to mention Molly at the front desk. She was FANTASTIC. I don't know what kind of training JW puts their people through, but it was worth every penny. I walked away feeling like I had made a new friend. There was a line of people behind me, but she took her time explaining all amenities and made sure I was 100% happy before she moved on to the next guest. She deserves MASSIVE accolades as I'm sure her job is very difficult. I also had a 60 minute massage at Seraphina and it was FABULOUS. Dionte was my massage therapist and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout. We had a great chat while he worked and instinctively knew when I was getting sleepy. He worked out knots I have had for YEARS. I'm so grateful for his time and expertise. There's no question on if I'll be booking again. It was the perfect place to rest and relax, and I can't wait until I can return!

We stayed because we went to a concert. Specifically liked this choice so we could walk the skywalk to the venue.

Had a horrible time with the amenities, and the front desk was not helpful whatsoever!

The hotel had a very unpleasant smell, the lounge didnt serve any desserts after 10pm. Service was difficult to come by. We did have a good room however.

Beautiful hotel, we did have issues with the comfort of the room. The bed just simply wasn’t comfortable, would expect more from this quality oh hotel. Also the thermostat would not go below 65 degrees which in our opinion is too warm for sleep.

The room needed some more attention to detail cleaning but overall it was clean. Hotel smelled really nice. The Margaux was delicious, drinks too! Overall will definitely be back here
