Nice hotel, but on the day of checkout we were 10 minutes late and the lady at the desk was extremely rude and immediately screamed: “ROOM NUMBER!” without even greeting us or saying goodbye when walking out. Felt very hostile and very unprofessional. Never experienced this before.

The room was large and the location was great. We booked a package with breakfast, but the front desk staff forgot to give us the breakfast coupons. The next morning, when the restaurant waiter issued the bill, we had to go to the counter to confirm and get the coupons. The breakfast selection was very limited, the smallest on our trip to the US.
