Nice hotel, but on the day of checkout we were 10 minutes late and the lady at the desk was extremely rude and immediately screamed: “ROOM NUMBER!” without even greeting us or saying goodbye when walking out. Felt very hostile and very unprofessional. Never experienced this before.

房間很大，地點也不錯，我們訂的是含早餐的package, 但櫃檯人員忘了給我們早餐券，導致隔天早上餐廳服務員出了帳單，還要我們自己去櫃檯確認再補拿餐券，而且早餐品項很少，是在美國旅行中最少的一次

早餐在週末居然沒有廚師，衹有冷食，友邦驚詫了。住宿位置還是在背面，其實客人並不多，可能和攜程預訂相關的，每次都遇到就説明問題了，停車8刀每日，車位還好，前台服務很温馨！

The longer we were in the room them more we noticed it was lacking in the cleanliness. The bed was uncomfortable. And it said it had breakfast included but then we found out that you had to pay for it and it's prices depending on what you got.

Noisy surrounding
Overall the rooms, the staff, were all excellent.
You can hear everything around like a window was open Hear the guess above walking and the shower make you feel like you was in, it way to noisy.
