The J House Greenwich Hotel

What a beautiful hotel, inside and out, and the service was top notch. High end amenities in the room and Tony's Restaurant (located inside the hotel) was fabulous!! Highly recommend.

The staff were great, the rooms very nice and the restaurant food outstanding. Great location.

Absolutely terrible idea to make glass walls and door in the bathroom. Extremely uncomfortable.

A piece of the wall in my room fell off right when I opened the door. It was late and startled me. I thought someone was in there. I was upgraded to another room but the whole things was odd.

Best hotel in the area. Tony’s restaurant is a destination in itself. Fabulous stay. Can’t count how many times we have booked. It’s our go to in Connecticut.

Great place, good atmosphere, very close to Greenwich Ave. Very Clean room and a comfortable king bed. We were looking over I-95, which would mean constant noise from outside. But not a single sound here! Quiet and tranquil, great sound proofing! The room is “ high tech”, which means it takes effort to find a lights switch or to figure out how the faucet works. Very good and busy restaurant (on the expensive side) with Tony, the owner, greeting you personally.

This hotel is ultra modern, with buttons galore for controlling everything from the shades, to the toilet. (Yes, it’s electronic.). I’m very tech savvy so this wasn’t daunting. The problem is that some of the tech was broken. Lights didn’t work in the first bathroom, so we had to relocate rooms. Then the TV remote was completely inoperable (no batteries?) in the second room. That’s too bad, as it took away from what could have otherwise been a premium experience.

This place is amazing—I’ll definitely be coming back! Everything is perfect, and the attention to detail is outstanding. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is excellent, and you can tell a lot of care goes into every little detail. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience!

This hotel was a joy to stay in. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, the bathroom even has a smart toilet! The restaurant is A++. The staff: delightful. We stayed during a snowstorm and they even cleared the car off for us. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Just loved it.
