Jinyi Youxuan Hotel (Hohhot International Convention and Exhibition Center Juhaicheng Branch)

I was very satisfied with my stay. The front desk staff were patient, responsive, and quick to address any requests. The room was clean, with no hair or water stains on the floor. The smart features were a great bonus, and the curtains provided excellent blackout. The soundproofing was good, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip.

The room was spacious and the facilities were all brand new. The parking lot right outside the hotel was very convenient, and the valet staff were proactive in helping with luggage. The breakfast was plentiful and the flavors were well-suited for people from the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai regions. The 'ice-boiled lamb' dish not far from the hotel was delicious, and the walk of just over a kilometer back helped with digestion. If I come back to Inner Mongolia, I'll definitely choose a Jinyi series hotel again.

The hotel bedding was incredibly comfortable, feeling silky smooth and cool – truly wonderful. The most pleasant surprise was the laundry service. After returning from the grasslands, I sent my clothes to the laundry room, and there was an auntie specifically in charge. She washed them, helped dry them, folded them neatly, and returned them to the room. The auntie, in her early 50s, was incredibly skilled with the machines. All the stars for this review are for the laundry auntie! Other hotels of the same brand I've stayed at only offer self-service laundry, which means waiting in line when it's busy. This hotel does it so much better. The breakfast selection was also extensive and tasted good. However, our room came with two breakfast vouchers, and we had to pay extra for our child, which was very inflexible!

Facilities: The hotel is new and the facilities are good, but I have to complain about the toilet. It's smart, but as soon as you sit down, it flushes with a lot of force, and water splashes onto your backside, which is quite disgusting. If you turn off the main switch, it's also a hassle because you have to turn it on every time you flush. Cleanliness: The cleaning was generally good, but there was a clump of hair behind the bathroom door that wasn't swept away, so there's still room for improvement. Environment: It's quite close to several popular restaurants. Service: Overall, the service was very attentive. Exquisite Single Buffet Afternoon Tea: They offer afternoon tea and late-night snacks, which is quite nice.
