This charming, old-world courtyard hotel offers a beautiful environment with a truly atmospheric and tranquil garden. The staff were warm and attentive, even kindly offering a complimentary late check-out. My stay here exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Qingyan.

I had a great experience staying here three years ago, so I recommended it to my friends this time. However, the service has really declined. There were live cockroaches in the room, which makes me question the hygiene standards. When I told the front desk guy, he just said, "I'll report it to my supervisor." It felt like he was just a messenger and not actually part of the staff. I won't be coming back again.

The room was a bit small, but my North Courtyard room faced the ancient town walls, which made up for it 😀. The hotel's location is great, and the facilities and ambiance perfectly match the ancient town's style. The breakfast room offers a fantastic mountain view 👍, but the sound of staff dragging chairs when clearing tables was really jarring. Management definitely needs to address this.

The hotel is quite large and conveniently located right by the city wall, making it easy to explore the ancient town. However, the cleanliness in common areas could use some improvement, and breakfast is a bit of a walk and hard to find.

The hotel is ideally located within the scenic area. However, both service and hygiene need improvement. For example, there were cobwebs in the room corners and flies in the restaurant. Also, there was no staff in the basement to help with luggage upon arrival.

It's beautiful and spacious, right within the ancient city walls. We felt completely at ease letting our kids run around in the courtyard. The breakfast was also quite substantial. There's really no need to venture out to any commercial streets, as the city wall is right outside the entrance. It was very pleasant to just stroll around at our own pace.

Our stay was a total nightmare, I have to complain! The in-room phone didn't work, so we couldn't call room service at all. The promised butler service was non-existent; we couldn't reach them throughout our entire stay and received no butler service whatsoever. For every little thing, we had to trek down to the front desk ourselves. The room was infested with mosquitoes; they were flying everywhere, and we were bitten so badly at night that we couldn't sleep. The pest control was completely inadequate. The lack of service combined with subpar hygiene made for an absolutely terrible stay. I strongly demand that the hotel rectify these issues and take appropriate action.
