The staff is very helpful. My wife left her handphone in a didi and the reception staff was very helpful to locate and contact the driver and didi platform to help us recover her phone. The breakfast is nice with good spread. The hotel also provide free laundry service and deliver the washed clothes to your room.

Very nice clean rooms. We had the two room room and it felt a bit crammed at first. Maybe just the normal hotel room would be fine. Very good breakfast and overall high quality hotel

The hotel was nicely located close to the Forbidden city. Whilst some of the other attractions were further out, it was no problem with Didi. Hotel is beautifully clean, our rooms was of a nice size and comfortable. Loved that we could get our laundry washed and dried for free daily. And there was plenty of water available The courtyard was quaint and I would have loved a room on that side rather than the main hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and the team were great at keeping it filled. The team overall, whilst English was very limited a good translating app kept it all flowing. Short 15/20 min walk to eating areas and if you didn’t want to venture too far there were a couple of restaurants on the main street a 2 min walk from the hotel after a long day sightseeing. I would definitely recommend a visit to this location.
