Because it is close to Susa Station, I booked this hotel. It is indeed very convenient to travel, but the hotel breakfast is too mediocre. There is no other choice except bread, fruit and cheese. The cleanliness of the room is okay. When I met the cleaning staff several times, they were very polite. FINALLY, THE ATTITUDE OF THE FRONT DESK IS VERY AVERAGE, ESPECIALLY ONE NAMED SERENA, WHO KEEPS making A BAD FACE, ADVISING YOU TO GO HOME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THIS JOB, SO AS NOT TO AFFECT THE HOTEL'S BUSINESS.

The bathroom was a bit small, hard to turn around in, but everything else was great, especially the location.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel, the staff were very helpful and very friendly. I would like to see more recycling bins to enable rubbish separation into plastics, paper, glass and other. Otherwise, this is a great hotel.

A traditional old prestige hotel. It looks old but clean.
Good location in city centre. Walking distance to most of the sightseeing place. Next to bus, metro and train station. But it needs to improve the quality of the breakfast supply.
