Hyatt Regency Indianapolis

Every where in the hotel was extremely clean Room was great Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful as soon as I stepped into the property

The hot water took 20 minutes to get hot and the ice machine on our floor didn’t work but other than that everything was fine.

Very Clean facility, lacking water presure, Check-in Staff (red-eye) was less then helpful after spending ten minutes looking for someone.

Valet parking was excellent. The young men were courteous, respectful, and very accommodating. The Gentleman over maintenance was wonderful. He came to adjust the heating and cooling in my room. The gift of bottled water daily was a blessing and very much appreciated! My room was wonderful and the meals in the Eagle’s Nest were delicious!!!

Very clean...great staff...Robert was great...friendly and kind...nice bar.....swimming area was great.

Came for the games and honestly rooms were very dirty, for the reviews I read i expected way better. Def needs Renovated Shower poor, leaks, carpet filthy Almost hard to sleep on bed seeing the condition of room

Room was clean. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The pool unfortunately was disappointing, water was too cold and foggy.

Public areas are generally nice, rooms are outdated, beds uncomfortable, bathrooms somewhat old and dirty.
