It was a very pleasant stay. Although it is located in a busy area, but it is very quiet. We can walk to Nanjing shopping mall and the Bund. The staff are helpful and friendly. The complimentary supper was simple but awesome.

I am sooooo impressed with the laundry service provided. I thought we have to do our own laundry, but guests can leave them behind after putting clothes into washing machine and they will help us dry n fold. Detergent, fabric softener and even disinfectant provided. Staffs are all friendly and always try their best to serve us. I even got free breakfast for 3 of us when its not included in my room. Only one thing needs improvement, the food for breakfast. Not amazing but still thankful for it. Will come back for sure when i visit shanghai

Excellent stay! Super close to the Bund, just a 5-minute walk. Also very near Nanjing Road. The breakfast was generous, and there was plenty of drinking water in the room, plus free coffee in the lobby. They even offered free congee and pastries for a late-night snack.
