Centre Point Sukhumvit Thong-Lo

First off, the location in the heart of Thonglor is incredibly convenient. There are tons of restaurants, so eating out is a breeze. Plus, the huge Don Quijote Mall is nearby, making it easy to grab groceries and ready-made meals like you would from a Japanese supermarket. The rooms are spacious and come with a functional kitchen, which is honestly a lifesaver. It has a full-sized refrigerator, just like at home, so it's perfect if you like to keep plenty of drinks and other items chilled. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, a microwave, a kettle, and a sink with hot water. There's even a washing machine in the room. It really combines the best aspects of a hotel and a home. Whenever I go to Bangkok, I always stay here.

My stay at the hotel was excellent up until check-out this morning at 10 AM. The front desk employee at that time had a terrible attitude. She was assisting another guest, and there were no other staff members at the front desk. I waited for a while, but she completely ignored me. I placed my room card on the counter, but even after she finished with the previous guest, she still didn't process my check-out. I had to wait until another staff member came out to finally get my check-out handled. She clearly lacked any sense of customer service; it was truly awful!

I had to deduct points because there was a cockroach in the room... I've traveled internationally many times, but this is the first time I've ever encountered one in my room.

The service was incredibly attentive and friendly, from the front desk to the concierge, I was completely satisfied! Thank you so much! I'll definitely choose to stay here again!
