Centre Point Sukhumvit Thong-Lo

Although it's an older hotel and requires a shuttle bus to get to its location, the hotel itself is very clean, and the room is quite comfortable. They even have YouTube on the TV! 👍 The staff are also very friendly. 👍

Perfect for families. The rooms are huge and super clean. Downstairs there's a 24-hour supermarket and three 7-Eleven stores. Plenty of massage parlors around too. The hotel pool is fantastic!

The service was great, but it seems like the hotel's location is confusing. Every time I called for a ride, it went to the hotel next door.

The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help. The shuttle driver was really nice, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. This was my favorite accommodation in Bangkok.

First off, the location in the heart of Thonglor is incredibly convenient. There are tons of restaurants, so eating out is a breeze. Plus, the huge Don Quijote Mall is nearby, making it easy to grab groceries and ready-made meals like you would from a Japanese supermarket. The rooms are spacious and come with a functional kitchen, which is honestly a lifesaver. It has a full-sized refrigerator, just like at home, so it's perfect if you like to keep plenty of drinks and other items chilled. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, a microwave, a kettle, and a sink with hot water. There's even a washing machine in the room. It really combines the best aspects of a hotel and a home. Whenever I go to Bangkok, I always stay here.

The hotel is clean, the room is very spacious, the bed and pillows are soft, and there's convenient parking.

My stay at the hotel was excellent up until check-out this morning at 10 AM. The front desk employee at that time had a terrible attitude. She was assisting another guest, and there were no other staff members at the front desk. I waited for a while, but she completely ignored me. I placed my room card on the counter, but even after she finished with the previous guest, she still didn't process my check-out. I had to wait until another staff member came out to finally get my check-out handled. She clearly lacked any sense of customer service; it was truly awful!

Last time I stayed on the 6th floor, the room was newer. This time, I'm on the 6th floor again, but the room is older, even though the price was about the same both times.
