Large Lakefront Home

This is a wonderful property exactly as described. It is very clean, has all amenities including full kitchen, kayaks, paddle boards, docks and swim platform. In addition, hiking is nearby. Rick, the host, is easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Excellent, can’t recommend more! The pinball machine was a hit and there are ample kitchen supplies for cooking.

Property was in great condition, easy to access and plenty of parking. Plenty of space for multiple families to stay without it feeling cramped!

My husband and his friends went for a snowmobile trip, and everything was great! Having the game room was an added plus. After a day of riding, they could just hang in and relax. Rick was extremely responsive. I highly recommend.

Rick’s communication was top-notch! He provided great informational overview of the house and we were able to reach out to him with any questions and receive a quick and thorough response. The house itself was amazing! We had 6 adults and 6 kids ranging in ages from 6-14 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The game room was by far our favorite feature of the house.

Perfect property for a group. We had a blast even with bad weather. There's a ton of activities to do at this house and couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Family Fun This property is exactly as described! It is beautiful, equipped with all the amenities and spacious allowing for time together and to spread out. Rick is a gracious and responsive host. We had a wonderful family time together and are grateful for the opportunity to stay here for a week.

Rangely area fishing Clean , spacious ,friendly neighbors . Nice place to stay

Amazing place We stayed here with 3 families and it was perfect. There's plenty of space for every family to have their own private living area, kitchen and bathroom. 2 docks, fire pit, big deck/balconies with lake views and a big yard for games. It's pretty tough to have a bad time here. We will be back.
