Chengyu Chenghao Hotel (Xi'an Bell and Drum Tower Yongningmen Metro Station Branch)

This hotel boasts an excellent location with great surroundings, very close to the subway station – just a two-minute walk from the hotel exit. You can even walk to the Xiaonanmen morning market from here, which is incredibly convenient! The morning market is very unique and offers a taste of authentic Xi'an breakfast. The hotel staff are incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Upon check-in, a staff member kindly escorted me to my room and provided a detailed introduction. Whenever I passed the front desk, staff members would proactively greet me, which was very heartwarming. When leaving, they even thoughtfully asked if I needed bottled water. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel facilities are also well-equipped; there's a self-service laundry room with dryers on the 7th floor, which is super convenient. On the 8th floor, there's even a Hanfu experience hall where you can try on traditional Han clothing. The hotel also offers a thoughtful free luggage forwarding service, allowing you to send your luggage to the station in advance, which is a huge convenience for many. If I visit Xi'an again, this will definitely be my top choice. Highly recommended! Five stars to the staff! 👍

This hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to Yongning Gate Metro Station and Xi'an City Wall. You can even enjoy free live music from singers performing below the city wall! The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, even offering small gifts upon check-in and check-out. Plus, the breakfast spread offers a great variety. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The Yongning Gate metro station is just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The location is excellent, and the service is very warm and welcoming; they even gave a small gift to my child. The great location meant we were upgraded to a view room, offering direct views of the ancient city wall. The evening performance was quite spectacular and truly captured the grandeur and prosperity of Chang'an! There are also plenty of delicious food options just a short walk away, and it's close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda.

The hotel's location is superb. It's just a few minutes' walk to the bus and subway stations, and it's surrounded by malls, restaurants, and snack shops. During the day, it's bustling, and in the evening, you can stroll along the city wall and easily walk back to the hotel. In the morning, you can explore the Xiaonanmen morning market, experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of this ancient capital. The hotel service is attentive and warm, and the city wall view is spectacular and truly amazing. Watching the sunrise from the window was a wonderful surprise. The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff from Kaiyuan Mall were proactive and enthusiastic. I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to friends and family visiting Xi'an.

The location is super convenient, right outside Exit A2 of Yongning Gate Station on Line 2. You can see the hotel as soon as you come out. To access the city wall, you just use the underpass from this subway station. Xiaonanmen (Small South Gate), the Bell Tower, and the Grand Tang Mall are all very close, just a few stops away. The staff at the hotel lobby, both the young ladies and gentlemen, are very welcoming, and the cleaning staff are diligent and polite, keeping everything spotless. I stayed for 5 nights, and the toothpaste, slippers, and bottled water were replenished promptly. (My only minor complaint is that there's no bath mat in the bathroom, so the floor gets wet after a shower.)

Stayed for 5 days and was quite satisfied. Huashan Housekeeping did a great job cleaning, and I was happy with the front desk service. The service was really good. I actually wrote a long review before, but it got deleted and I couldn't get it back, so I'm too lazy to rewrite it. Anyway, I recommend this place for a trip to Xi'an.

Thanks to the thoughtful service, especially to housekeeping staff 'Wangfujing' and 'SKPhenjin' for their warm and meticulous service. This hotel is very clean and hygienic, and the transportation is very convenient. We are very satisfied.

Facilities: Generally average. The elevators in the underground parking lot are not luggage-friendly. Cleanliness: I'm not picky, it was acceptable. Environment: Very close to the South Gate, convenient for exploring the market and walking on the city wall. Service: Very enthusiastic, proactively offered introductions and assistance.
