This stay far exceeded our expectations, and we felt well-cared for at every single turn. 1. Room: I added our butler on WeChat before arrival. Since both my family and I are sensitive to noise, I mentioned in advance that we preferred a quiet room. The hotel arranged a room on the 6th floor, situated away from the viewing platform. Opening the window revealed a stunning lake view with a fantastic field of vision. The interior was very spacious, and the desks and furniture were spotless with no dust at all. The toiletries were entirely Bulgari with a lovely fragrance, and the room's build quality felt very solid. They even prepared a smaller-sized sink and toiletries specially for children. 2. Public Areas: The colorful lighting strips on the ceiling of the lobby give it a very stylish design. The outdoor Jiuqu (Nine-Turn) Bridge and the large koi fish in the pond are extremely photogenic—my family spent a long time taking pictures there. I heard there is also a kids' club on B1, though we didn't check it out this time since we were traveling with elderly family members. Both the 5th and 7th [Note: matching source '5楼、6楼' -> 5th and 6th] floors feature small, nicely decorated terraces that are great for photos. 3. Dining: The breakfast was exceptionally lavish; over two days, we didn't have a single repeating dish. The beef vermicelli soup, fermented glutinous rice soup with dumplings, and mini wontons were all delicious, and we could even get fish head soup. Upon check-in, the hotel gave us a complimentary dish from the 2nd-floor Chinese restaurant along with a 100 RMB fish head discount voucher. We had both dinners at the Chinese restaurant, so we didn't need to venture outside at all, which was extremely convenient. The food quality was high, freshly cooked-to-order, and the fish head soup was delicious—the chopped pepper flavor was particularly good. Additionally, the hotel package included two complimentary drinks to be redeemed at the 7th-floor executive lounge, which boasts a gorgeous terrace view. 4. Transportation: We basically relied on taxis this time and only visited Huangshanjian. The drive took about 20 minutes, and cars can pull right up to the entrance downstairs, making it very convenient. 5. Miscellaneous: ① Food deliveries are brought up to the room by a delivery robot, and there are plenty of dining options available on delivery apps; ② The hotel gave us a parting gift (honey tangerines) upon check-out; ③ Special praise goes to our butler, Anya, who answered all our questions promptly and proactively checked in on us to see if our stay was comfortable or if anything needed adjusting—she was exceptionally thoughtful; ④ Other staff members, such as the housekeeping auntie and the doorman uncle on the 1st floor, were all very warm and welcoming. The doorman even proactively opened the car door and handled our luggage. All in all, this is a hotel with impeccable attention to detail and sincere service, making it a fantastic choice for a family vacation.

The room was extremely spacious and comfortable, featuring a private balcony to enjoy the scenery and fresh air. It was very clean. What left the deepest impression was how children were considered in every detail, with a dedicated children's sink and various kids' amenities provided. The service was also the best I've ever experienced at any hotel; every staff member was proactive, enthusiastic, and patient in helping solve problems, feeling like a well-oiled team where everyone genuinely wants to do their best. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Qiandao Lake is stunning and the Minghao Hotel is simply fantastic, so we decided to extend our stay for another night. We had a delicious meal on the second floor; I have to say, dining at a five-star hotel is just top-notch. Their fish head soup was easily three tiers above any outside restaurant, and it really tasted freshly made, plus the set menu was reasonably priced. Oh, and the minibar is free! When I extended my stay, the front desk asked if I had any other requests, so I just asked if we could have some potato chips. They weren't expensive, but it made us feel right at home—such a cozy touch! A well-deserved rave review! To top it all off, they gave us a little parting gift when we left, which was so thoughtful. Highly recommended!

A wonderful hotel with plenty of activities! It has everything you need—a kids' club, a water park, an arcade, a gym, and a swimming pool. The handsome doorman at the entrance always greeted us with boundless enthusiasm, helping with doors and luggage, which made us feel so welcome and cared for. There's also a 'Fish Street' within walking distance, featuring a giant Chinese sturgeon that you can view for free—a very unique and charming touch.

The hotel has a great location; you can see Qiandao Lake right from the balcony. The water curtain light show in the evening is quite nice, but the light projected onto the water screen faces the audience directly, which is glaring and uncomfortable. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, too bad I didn't take any pictures.

This is my second time staying here, and I am just as satisfied as before. This time I brought my parents along. Before we even checked on-site, I was already in touch with our butler, Dandan. Throughout the entire stay, she constantly looked out for our feelings and needs—truly thoughtful and attentive. A great day starts with a hearty breakfast; the selection is extensive, equipment like the coffee machines is well-maintained, and the seating guidance and table clearing are both spot-on. The parking assistance was also very professional and well-arranged. They say traveling is all about just enjoying the hotel, and they couldn't be more right. You can admire the stunning views of Thousand Island Lake right from your bed, and there are distinctive photo-op terraces on the 5th and 6th floors. Strolling around the hotel on a rainy day is just so relaxing and cozy~

Another stay, another review! **Location:** After getting off at the Qiandao Lake High-Speed Railway Station, you can take the hotel's dedicated shuttle bus (it makes stops at several major hotels along the way, so it takes a bit longer, but the price is reasonable and you get to do some sightseeing on the way). A ride-hailing car costs around 48-50 RMB, and a taxi is about 90 RMB... **Facilities:** Everything is in good working order. The hotel excels at family-friendly activities (though it's also great for business and leisure getaways). The lobby features a vertical musical fountain installation, complete with a musical fountain and water screen show... **Rooms:** Individual rooms are quite spacious overall, with options including inner-lake view rooms and Qiandao Lake view rooms... **Service:** There are dedicated customer service staff who provide prompt responses and arrange various activities... **— My personal experiences and feelings from staying here several times:** (1) The breakfast is rich and diverse. There's also a fantastic Chinese restaurant and a cozy executive lounge café with a great view (it's a top-notch spot for watching the water screen show)... (2) There are plenty of activities. Depending on your age group, you can head to the "Big Fish Pond" to feed the fish, do some light hiking/exercising on the back mountain, or check out the tour desk... (3) It's very convenient to go to "Fish Street" and "Huguangli" for fish dinners. Note: I personally prefer dining at "Huguangli"... (4) The hotel's customer service responds promptly—they are at your beck and call and handle all kinds of issues efficiently... (5) The guest rooms are sufficiently large and spacious, and the children's facilities are reasonably equipped... (6) Smooth sailing all the way! (7) Wonderful "Qi Qi" (there's a customer service staff member named Qi Qi who is simply fantastic)... (8) May wealth come from all directions and all your endeavors succeed... The hotel offers a wide variety of entertainment activities, and the executive lounge is a fantastic spot for watching the sunset. The valet parking attendants at the main entrance are warm, attentive, and extremely patient. The breakfast features a great selection of dishes to cater to guests of all ages.
