Vientiane Garden Villa Hotel

I have to say, this hotel was terrible. The female receptionist at the counter provided very poor service. She had an unwelcoming expression, spoke unkindly, and even raised her voice at me. She wouldn't listen to any explanations. She really shouldn't be working as a receptionist. I felt very uncomfortable 😭👎. I was extremely upset. I definitely won't be staying here again. She canceled my booking on the Agoda app instead of speaking to me nicely. I was willing to pay, but her words made it sound like she thought I didn't have money to pay and threatened to call the police. After I paid, she went silent and didn't even apologize.

If you like quiet places, I highly recommend this one.

The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is great. It's close to attractions, so you can easily walk everywhere.

The location is decent, not far from the main street and the promenade. There are restaurants, a shop, and a massage parlor nearby. The staff are friendly, but the breakfast is repetitive. On the 2nd floor, you can hear when breakfast starts on the 1st floor.
