Clean, tidy, and hygienic, with excellent service. The breakfast was plentiful, and the location is superb, making it easy to get around. There are many restaurants and attractions nearby. Definitely worth recommending!

Great location, right by the Bell Tower with plenty of food options and easy transportation. The breakfast was excellent and they even offer a free airport pickup service.

Overall, the room was quite good, although the aromatherapy scent was a bit too strong. After I mentioned it, they stopped using it the next day. The location is excellent, especially being so close to the South Gate of the city wall! And the breakfast was plentiful!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room was clean. I originally booked a twin room, but upgraded to a family room for a quieter stay. The room faced the parking lot, not the street, so the soundproofing was good. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The housekeeping staff noticed we drank a lot of water and provided extra bottles in our room, which was also cleaned thoroughly. There are plenty of dining options nearby.

The hotel is located right next to the city wall, offering close-up views of the Yongning Gate and the illuminated city wall at night. It's also a short walk to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Muslim Quarter. Downstairs, there's a Lanzhou hand-pulled noodle shop with good food. The hotel offers free parking. The rooms are a bit small but are clean and tidy. The breakfast area is spacious with a wide variety of food. The lobby staff are professional and attentive.

I just spent 8 nights at the Orange Hotel in Chongqing and had a great experience. So, for my trip to Xi'an this time, I specifically booked the Orange Crystal Hotel, and it was fantastic! The service was warm, attentive, and detailed, and the environment and facilities were impeccably maintained. Getting around was incredibly convenient! Yongning Gate, Xi'an City Wall, Shuyuan Street, Beilin Museum, Bell Tower, and Muslim Quarter are all within easy reach. Plus, Songyuan, Liuyuan, SKP, and Wangfujing are super convenient for leisure, shopping, and sightseeing! The subway is also very close! 👍👍

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's just a short walk to Yongning Gate, Shuyuanmen, and the subway station, and not far from the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, and Stele Forest Museum. Right next to the hotel, you'll find Wei Jia Liangpi, Hanfu costume shops, Huanghewa Watermelon, Sanbao BBQ, and Zui Chang'an Shaanxi Cuisine Yongningli branch with its retro decor, complete with pet ducks and large koi fish – perfect for taking stunning photos in Hanfu or Tangzhuang. Nearby, Fengan and Zhubashi are full of delicious food, and Chongde Lane boasts unique cafes and bars. The hotel is very clean, and the service is excellent. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful to guests. I even left a book behind when I checked out and completely forgot about it, but the hotel promptly arranged for it to be couripped back to me.
