Crystal Orange Xi'an Clock Tower Yongning Gate

People in Xi'an are incredibly warm and welcoming! I felt such a sense of familiarity and kindness. From the airport transfer driver to the front desk staff, and even the housekeeping aunties, everyone at the hotel was wonderful and so enthusiastic. The rooms were spotless, and breakfast was much better than what you'd find outside. My parents were very happy with their stay. The location is super convenient for transportation, yet it's also very quiet. All in all, an excellent experience. I forgot to take photos of the room, but it's also really convenient for shopping nearby.

Our room directly overlooked the city gate tower, and it was so pleasant to sit on the balcony, sip tea, and eat fruit in this weather. The room was exceptionally clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. Finding food was super convenient; it was lovely to take a stroll along the ancient city wall. Just to the left of the hotel, there's an antique street, and if you walk about 1 km along it in the morning, you'll find a morning market. To the right is a very lively street, especially the night market, which is bustling with all sorts of snacks, hot pot, BBQ, and bars. Sitting by the street, enjoying a drink with a few friends and chatting, was fantastic. It's also very easy to get to Sajinqiao and the Muslim Quarter from here.

The hotel environment is comfortable, the room is clean and hygienic, and the service is enthusiastic! The breakfast is very rich and amazing! It's very close to Yongning Gate, and Drunken Chang'an is downstairs!

The room was quite spacious and comfortable, and I really enjoyed having a large terrace. It's conveniently located for shopping at SKP, and tourist attractions like Shuyuanmen, Xiangzimiao, and Beilin are also easily accessible. The location is great, and there's parking available. It's especially nice these past few rainy days to enjoy the rain from the terrace.

The Orange Crystal Hotel near Xi'an Bell Tower and Yongning Gate is great. The rooms are very clean, and it's super close to Yongning Gate, so I got to see it every day.

Overall, the room was quite clean. We stayed in the Deluxe Family Suite, and I was quite surprised that even though it's called a family suite, breakfast was only provided for two people. The room was relatively quiet, and there was a school outside the window. The hotel's location is very convenient. Right next to the lobby entrance, there's an underpass leading to the Yongning Gate city wall. Walking about 1 kilometer further brings you to the Bell and Drum Towers. For the Muslim Quarter and Sajin Bridge, a shared bike is all you need. It's quite convenient to get to various attractions, and the hotel is surrounded by other hotels.

Right by Yongning Gate and just a few hundred meters from the Bell Tower. The environment is decent, but it gets quite noisy at night. Even as a heavy sleeper, I was woken up. Especially the loud revving of motorcycles in the middle of the night, likely young people on sport bikes. It kind of detracts from the city's image.

The service was incredibly warm, and the facilities were comprehensive, including a gym and complimentary laundry service. The room was very clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff were all very friendly, promptly replenishing anything we needed.
