Every time I visit Seoul, I stay here. The transportation is super convenient, with Mapo Station on Line 5 just about 300 meters away. There are tons of coffee shops nearby, including three Starbucks. Plus, there are so many great food options like Egg Drop and Mom's Touch. You can also find plenty of local eateries in the alley across from the hotel.

Excellent hotel, highly recommended. You can take Line 5 directly from Gimpo Airport to the hotel, which is just 300 meters from Mapo Station on Line 5, right by the Han River, with Yeouido Island visible across the water. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven and several small restaurants. Upon entering, the scenic elevator on the left takes you to the hotel lobby on the 20th floor, offering breathtaking views of the Han River. The official check-in time is 3 PM, but I was able to check in around 2:30 PM. The front desk staff spoke fluent English, making communication seamless, and were very friendly and helpful. They also provided a hotel information sheet in Chinese, making the check-in process incredibly smooth. I booked a Deluxe River View room, and the river view was absolutely stunning. All essential amenities were provided, and I particularly liked the circular bathtub. The mini-bar offered snacks like nuts and chocolates, drinks such as Coke and Sprite, and four types of alcoholic beverages, all for an additional charge. It's worth noting that due to Korean government regulations, disposable dental kits cost 1000 Korean Won per use, and disposable shaving kits also cost 1000 Korean Won per use. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, feeling a bit superior to the average five-star hotel in Korea. There was a rich variety of salads, cold cuts, sushi, pastries, and more. There were four types of soup, including spicy beef soup and sweet pumpkin soup, and four hot dishes, such as spicy stir-fried pork and fried chicken/fish pieces. Each table could also order à la carte items like omelets and yogurt bowls. The swimming pool on the 22nd floor is great, with both indoor and outdoor sections that connect. In the evening, the outdoor pool offers spectacular views, perfect for photos.

Great facilities, the outdoor pool is nice, and the staff are friendly. The breakfast offers a good variety of options and the food is quite tasty. Good, good! I want to go again!

My girlfriend and I chose Hotel Naru Seoul - MGallery Collection to end our trip to South Korea, and we couldn't have made a better choice. It's truly one of those hotels worth experiencing and enjoying, especially during the last days of a vacation when you just want to relax. The hotel boasts a splendid location, directly overlooking the Han River and the picturesque Mapo Bridge. Our room, situated on one of the higher floors, offered simply spectacular views; every time we looked out the window, we were mesmerized. It's probably one of the best views of the Han River you can get in Seoul. The room itself was elegant, spacious, and equipped with every comfort. The bathroom particularly impressed us, featuring a very large shower and a beautiful bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. The hotel has two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The outdoor pool is truly the crown jewel of the property; swimming with views of the Han River is a unique experience. The gym is also well-equipped and quite large, with treadmills and exercise bikes facing expansive panoramic windows. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the dishes and the service. The location is also very convenient for exploring the city: with just one subway stop, you can reach Yeouido Hangang Park, one of the best places in Seoul for a stroll and to admire the sunset over the river. An elegant, modern, and relaxing hotel, perfect for treating yourself to a special stay. If we were to return to Seoul, it would definitely be one of our top choices.

The overhead rain shower in room 1905 was clogged, with weak and misdirected water flow.

Cons: The hairdryer in my room was incredibly loud and not the same brand as the one in the river view room – it was just awful. I wasn't allowed to bring my own soda to the gym; I had to drink their water, which is a bit much. The pool is quite small, more suitable for children. Check-out time is 11 AM, which is earlier than other five-star hotels, even though you can ask the front desk for an extension to 12 PM. During breakfast, a male manager was overly solicitous, chatting loudly with other guests, which disturbed those of us sitting nearby, including me. It ruined my morning. Pros: The front desk service was very professional, as was the luggage storage and takeaway/taxi assistance on the first floor. When I switched rooms, my luggage was seamlessly transferred. English communication was very smooth. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to dining options, a subway station, and bus stops. The facilities are relatively new.

The hotel lobby is on the 20th floor, and breakfast is on the 22nd. The views are amazing, and you get a panoramic cityscape while enjoying your meal overlooking the Han River. The location is also pretty good, and it's easy to catch a taxi. The hotel itself is quite new.

Extremely clean and very friendly towards Chinese guests. The room had large floor-to-ceiling windows. The front desk staff and other service personnel were all excellent. The front desk is on the 20th floor, and you can access your room directly from the ground floor without needing to change elevators, which is super convenient.
