The room was decent, neither too big nor too small, and had a sofa. The beds in the twin room weren't as wide as I expected, but they were fine. Plus, there was no bedside table between the two beds, so they could be pushed together, making it feel more spacious. The best part was the location, right on Orchard Road. It's just a few minutes' walk through a mall to the MRT station. There are hawker centers, food courts, and malls nearby, which is super convenient. Song Fa Bak Kut Teh is in the mall right next to the hotel, about 100 meters away. The hotel provides four bottles of mineral water daily, which is a nice touch. The bedside outlets worked directly, but the ones at the bar area needed an adapter. The staff could also speak Chinese. I encountered a Malay person during check-in and an Indian person during check-out, and their attitudes were both acceptable. Overall, the value for money is good. However, if you need daily changes of sheets, towels, and bathrobes, you need to inform the staff, as they don't change them daily otherwise. But they will change them if you ask, which is fine.

The hotel looks clean and tidy, and it's close to Orchard Road. The breakfast was plentiful. However, the hotel seems a bit old. On our first day, right after we dropped off our luggage and were about to head out, maintenance staff knocked on our door saying they needed to perform some checks in the bathroom. Even though it only took 5 minutes, it left a bad impression. During the World Cup and F1 races, there were no live broadcasts in the room; we had to go to the lobby bar to watch them on TV. The pool water was clean, which was great, but some tiles around the pool were loose.

The hotel is well-maintained and very comfortable to stay in.

Very clean and convenient. The front desk was great, arranging connecting rooms which was perfect for our family trip. We asked if we could check in early, and the front desk kindly accommodated us and arranged the connecting rooms. The hotel was also very clean.

The room was a bit old, and while the location was decent, it was still a bit of a walk to the metro station, about 10 minutes. Breakfast was quite basic, with no Chinese options, and there were a lot of Indian guests.

The breakfast selection is extensive, which I genuinely found impressive! 😎 It really caters to Asian palates. Plus, the location is right in the city center, Orchard. Although the price is a bit high, overall it's still quite good. It offers great value for money. I recommend this place to friends who are traveling. The safety here is also superb.
