In the evening we had dinner in the hotel and the staff was really improvised, the food was terrible with cold and completely tasteless dishes, the water arrived at the end of the meal even though we had requested it 3 times. During the night then, we were surprised to find the firefighters in front of the window without anyone warning us, due to a loss of sparks from the hotel sign, right above our room. It was therefore impossible to sleep until 2 and neither that night nor the next day did any of the staff bother to give us an explanation or apologize for the inconvenience. Breakfast was worse than dinner, the cappuccino from the machine tasted of chocolate and the milk came out in pieces from the nozzle. The staff was completely disorganized and unprepared to say the least, the only concern of the owner was to present a regulation on animals, which in my opinion should be submitted at the time of booking and not upon arrival, saying that in the past they have had problems with those who left the animal in the room for too long, when it was not allowed to take them into other areas of the hotel.
