Stayed two nights in a Deluxe Suite on December 31, 2025. The room was spacious but the hotel is an older property, and all the furniture inside was dated. Even with the air conditioning off, the room was still so cold I had to wear a jacket. The hotel is located on a hillside with nothing nearby. Luckily, there's a shuttle bus service to the mall. We counted down to 2026 from our room that night and could see fireworks across the entire city skyline, which was a nice experience. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall, the value for money isn't great, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Some rooms are outdated, very big rooms though and there is in house massage service available thats not too hiked up in price. Room service for food and beverage is great from their restaurants available in the hotel.

Our room on the 10th flr had a persistent funky odor - had to ask maintenance to check it out - he said he'd use as much air freshener as possible - apparently carpet was damp and didnt dry out properly causing the smell
