Stayed two nights in a Deluxe Suite on December 31, 2025. The room was spacious but the hotel is an older property, and all the furniture inside was dated. Even with the air conditioning off, the room was still so cold I had to wear a jacket. The hotel is located on a hillside with nothing nearby. Luckily, there's a shuttle bus service to the mall. We counted down to 2026 from our room that night and could see fireworks across the entire city skyline, which was a nice experience. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall, the value for money isn't great, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

An impressive hotel with excellent room service and cleanliness. The reception staff are not flexible regarding guest requests. The pool staff are excellent. The food is tasty, and the breakfast is very extensive. A visit to the Markopoulo Hotel is recommended.

Our family had a great stay at Marco Polo Cebu. The food was good, the pool was clean and enjoyable,room is comfortabl and the quiet location made for a relaxing stay. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again.
