Marco Polo Plaza, Cebu Review Here is a two-paragraph review that balances the atmosphere of the hotel with the quality of the service: We had a wonderful stay at the Marco Polo Plaza. The hotel offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the views from the Nivel Hills are absolutely stunning. Our room was clean, spacious, and provided the perfect environment for a relaxing getaway. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly professional and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. From the delicious breakfast buffet to the well-maintained pool area, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning!

Stayed two nights in a Deluxe Suite on December 31, 2025. The room was spacious but the hotel is an older property, and all the furniture inside was dated. Even with the air conditioning off, the room was still so cold I had to wear a jacket. The hotel is located on a hillside with nothing nearby. Luckily, there's a shuttle bus service to the mall. We counted down to 2026 from our room that night and could see fireworks across the entire city skyline, which was a nice experience. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall, the value for money isn't great, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Some rooms are outdated, very big rooms though and there is in house massage service available thats not too hiked up in price. Room service for food and beverage is great from their restaurants available in the hotel.

I had a great stay! The service was really nice and staff were all friendly and accommodating. The facilities were impressive— especially the gym, which was amazingly clean and well-maintained. The food was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and definitely worth recommending!

I had a great experience staying at Marco Polo Cebu. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and pleasant throughout my stay. Parking is also free for guests, which is a big plus if you’re a tourist with a car and planning to explore Cebu. For that reason, this hotel is definitely a convenient and practical choice. One small suggestion for improvement would be the addition of bidets in the bathrooms. Many guests are more comfortable cleaning with water rather than just using tissue, so having a bidet would make the stay even more comfortable and hassle free.
