Center Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower)

Excellent location, right next to Zhonglou subway station, with plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby. It's super convenient to walk to the Drum Tower and Muslim Quarter, making sightseeing a breeze. The staff are friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. Our server, Fu Yun, was especially warm and helpful; she assisted us with our laundry near closing time and even delivered it back to our room.

This is a true room with a view, offering a panoramic view of the Bell Tower at night. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient.

I booked a king-size room with a view. Around 1 AM, the air conditioner in the bedroom started dripping. I tried to tough it out, but the dripping sound made it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk, and they immediately contacted a maintenance technician. After inspection, the technician said it couldn't be fixed quickly and suggested we change rooms. The front desk informed me there were no comparable rooms available and we could only switch to a standard twin room. When I checked out, I asked if there was any compensation, and I was told no. It felt like paying for steak and pasta at a restaurant only to be served instant noodles – a bit of a brush-off, frankly.

The room was spotless, and the front desk staff were all very helpful. The location is super convenient, with a subway entrance right outside the door, making it easy to get anywhere. The Bell Tower is also right outside, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The room was great, though the lobby is quite small, but that's really not an issue. There was plenty of free water to drink! It's also super convenient to get around, whether you're taking a taxi or the subway!
