Domina Coral Bay Resort, Diving , Spa & Casino

I've known this resort for many, many years, but this year something very unpleasant happened. I booked an AquaMarine Pool room and was given a Bellavista room instead... much further from the beach and less convenient for my needs!

Very nice resort

I booked an expensive room, but they gave me a room without a bathtub. I complained and changed rooms. I think I didn't use it, so the room smelled and there was no hot water. I couldn't get a refund.

Badly placed room that does not conform to what I booked even though I had mentioned it at reception, Very weak internet that practically does not work, breakfast that closes at 9:20 am which is very early for us, bathroom door that does not close at all it is stuck and completely open a water leak in the bathroom, there is always water on the floor.

The domina coral bay has a strategic position near the airport which allows you to reach the property in a short time, once inside the reception it is difficult to orient yourself especially because the resort moves the clock one hour ahead of Cairo therefore if you do not do this you will miss the meal times. Once inside the property you are shocked by the size of the place, which can be explored on foot or with three different taf taf lines that take you to places of interest such as beaches, restaurants, spas, other hotels and which all converge in the main reception. A positive note of the place is that being very large and dispersive you have the sensation that there is not much confusion around therefore all the places are quiet and encourage relaxation. Many tours and activities are organized in the property so the customer has a wide choice. My experience was in the Harem room which proved to be as in the photo and had a restaurant and a swimming pool nearby. Regarding the all inclusive package, I underline, that according to my personal taste the food was very spicy but always abundant. I recommend this property for safety, cleanliness, friendliness, panorama and if you are looking for tranquility away from the daily routine

The hotel is a bit tired, but overall everything is fine

Super relaxing holiday, some problems with the noise of the air conditioning the first few nights were resolved promptly. Everyone was helpful and kind. Incredible sea. Resort from which you can never leave because it is truly a small city. Those who want tranquility can avoid entertainment and find quiet spaces on the beach. We have never used the pools. Food for us who are vegetarians and vegans all ok! Varied and good quality. Added value: the wonderful feline colony. The resort is full of cats and this alone is worth the visit. We will return. Excellent value for money. To be noted for improvement the only flaws: room with air conditioning without remote control forces you to get up cyclically at night. The sheets are now too worn and not pleasant to the touch especially after a day in the sun. The arena area with the tents (?) creates an unbearable hood when it is hot, which is always. For the rest we were pleasantly impressed.
