Had a really disappointing stay, especially for such a high-end hotel with such a high price. The service was terrible. There was only one tissue box in the room, and it only had about ten tissues. The bath slippers were wet. It took over an hour and four phone calls to get new ones delivered. The conditioner bottle in the room was almost empty, and there were long hairs in the drawers, among other things. I really didn't experience the level of service one would expect.

Huge shout-out to this staff member! The delivery guy put my food in the wrong locker and entered the wrong phone number, so I couldn't get my delivery. This hotel staff member was incredibly patient and kept calling customer service for me. After five calls, we finally managed to get the delivery.
