Newport Beach Hotel & Suites

The staff was great, the physical building is lacking. The floors were uneven throughout, to the point where I slipped and fell in the bedroom itself coming out of the bathroom (I was uninjured thankfully). Needs some repairs.

Clean room | Hot tub on roof | friendly staff | close to restaurants and cliff walk

The staff was very friendly, check in was simple and we were pleased that the hotel is pet friendly. It was tricky to find the hotel check in lobby at night, the fitness center did not have any sanitizer wipes or water cups at any time, the rooftop hot tub which is open air did not have towels available. These concerns were addressed with the housekeeping staff. The maintenance team was very helpful in getting our TV working in our room. This was our 1st road trip to RI and we definitely want to return again in the Summer and we would stay at this hotel again in the future.

Room need better mattresses/furniture. And better windows. Traffic can be heard if your room is by the street with heavy traffic.

Great winter visit. So close to cliff walk and downtown shops and restaurants. Would love to come back. We had large family gathering. But we fit perfectly in 2. 2 bedroom units with kitchens.

Staff was very courteous. Room was nice but could have been organized better to appear more spacious... move the frig/microwave to the alcove and get rid if the free standing wardrope/hanging rack or put a coat rod in the alcove. Good location.

We had a wonderful stay. Room view was exceptional. Rooftop hot tub was phenomenal. The complimentary breakfast was great. Loved the hotel
