DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Midtown

Yes .I like the double tree by hilton midtown Phoenix so much.

The A/C was good, my room was terrible next to the elevator shaft. I could hear and feel the vibrations from the elevator all day and night long. I was going to stay an extra day, but they tried to gouge me. And they weren’t very accommodating.

We were very happy with our stay. Pillows could be a little better but we didn’t say anything…. Overall we were fine. A lot of homeless around the block but didn’t experience

Luis at the front desk was great! Very helpful and informative with a great attitude. Rooms are big and very comfortable! Air conditioning works great! Staff was just awesome and all were very pleasant! Will definitely stay here again!

Decent room. Outdated restroom ,AC units too loud . Spent $60 on typical “complementary” breakfast at other places. Payed a little over $300 for 1 night. I expected better. Staff was ok

Pool was ice cold which was to be expected but the hot tub was down. The a.c. didnt kerp the room cool so i was up all night, when it cooled the room it sounded like someone sharpening a blade which was loud and honestly kinda creepy. The shower looked nothing like the picture and i had to crouch to get my head under. Im only 5'8"

hotel premises very clean. outside entrance and lobby area very comfortable. parking area inconvenient and in open lot with no cover from rain or high temps. the jacuzzi was not in service during the three days of our stay but the pool was available.

I might as well have been in the room with my neighbors. It was so loud. Zero sound proofing and it didn’t help they were up all night.

Nice place parking is kind of janky but they pay so that’s nice lots of great restaurants close and still very clean for an older Hotel
