Hotel Emma at Pearl on the Riverwalk

My first stay at Hotel Emma was amazing! The only draw back was that I didn’t stay a whole week! Pulling up to the property was magical. The 5 star experience started with valet. Check-in was seamless. The atmosphere of the hotel was stunning. The old world meets new aesthetic was perfect. My room was “chef’s kiss”. It was extremely spacious and beautiful. Truly wish I had spent more time in the hotel. Turn down service provided some delicious treats. Breakfast at Supper inside Hotel Emma was delectable. The eggs in the breakfast croissant sandwich were perfection. The French toast was the best French toast I’ve ever had. Reminded me of crème brûlée. Just order it and you’ll understand. A MUST is “Mercede’s Coffee. Trust me, just order it. Such a pleasure meeting Sabrina and Epiphany. I’m looking looking forward to our next stay.

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Emma. Their kind and welcoming staff gave probably the best hospitality experience we’ve had at any hotel. The surrounding area is full of fantastic restaurants and experiences. It really exceeded our expectations and we will definitely plan a trip back.

From the moment we entered Hotel Emma we felt special. We were upgraded to a suite since it was my birthday. How thoughtful, but that was just the beginning of the thoughtful ways we were treated. From the complementary fresh fruit in our room, to the turn down service and macaroons at night the staff at this Hotel is beyond thoughtful and accommodating. The atmosphere, Location and cleanliness are top tier. This Hotel sets the standard, you certainly get what you pay for at The Hotel Emma. There is no question that if we are ever in San Antonio again Emma is our new found Gem.

My every need was anticipated from the moment I arrived until departure. The genuine friendliness of all the staff was refreshing. If you have the opportunity to stay at the Emma Hotel I highly recommend you do!

As usual the Hotel is perfect in almost every way. Not really a complaint but more I formative. Please help with pool chairs being taken at 7:30 am and no one using them u til Noon. If you gonna reserve at least have the courtesy to use them. Walter was our bellman on departure and he made the end of our trip super smooth and very easy. Walter was informative and super courteous.

Very pretty scenery, food was very tasty and the service was excellent! Our server was Mercedes, she was very charismatic and friendly.
