Hotel Emma at Pearl on the Riverwalk

My first stay at Hotel Emma was amazing! The only draw back was that I didn’t stay a whole week! Pulling up to the property was magical. The 5 star experience started with valet. Check-in was seamless. The atmosphere of the hotel was stunning. The old world meets new aesthetic was perfect. My room was “chef’s kiss”. It was extremely spacious and beautiful. Truly wish I had spent more time in the hotel. Turn down service provided some delicious treats. Breakfast at Supper inside Hotel Emma was delectable. The eggs in the breakfast croissant sandwich were perfection. The French toast was the best French toast I’ve ever had. Reminded me of crème brûlée. Just order it and you’ll understand. A MUST is “Mercede’s Coffee. Trust me, just order it. Such a pleasure meeting Sabrina and Epiphany. I’m looking looking forward to our next stay.

The hotel is stunning. The attention to detail is amazing. From the bar, to the library, to the whole area near the hotel, it is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are clean and the mini bar / food service had a ton of premium options. I highly recommend staying here for personal travel, business, or even just stopping in for a bite to eat and a drink.

Hotel Emma is such an amazing experience. The Pearl District has so much to do and being right on the riverwalk is excellent. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is like it takes you back in time and you feel like a star! We stayed in a Brewhouse King room and it was excellent! Everything from the lounge area to the bed to the bathroom were nicely accommodated and very clean! The sleep kits were amazing! I also love the idea of the in-room delivery of coffee instead of the individual coffee makers in each room. It adds a level of service while also saving on unnecessary equipment in each room. While it was probably the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed at, the experience was unlike any other and well worth the cost in my opinion. Between the accommodations, the service, the amazing dining options and the classic touches throughout, it is an experience that won’t soon be forgotten!

Staying at the Emma was a wonderful experience. We celebrated my birthday in San Antonio at the Pearl District. We arrived early but were able to check in immediately and the service was excellent. Walter took us to our room and mentioned their signature tequila drink. I briefly mentioned I only drink white wine. A few moments later, he arrived with two glasses of Pinot Grigio. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Rooms were pristine and the entire hotel decor was phenomenal! I highly recommend staying there while visiting Sam Antonio!

Amazing experience overall. The food at Supper was delicious and the atmosphere is lovely. Everyone is friendly. We will always ask for Mercedes. She is sweet and helpful - we highly recommend her for a fabulous experience.

Paul and Mercedes are amazing. Their service is outstanding! You have to request them. Paul’s personality is so funny and Mercedes is such a sweetheart! Thank you so much supper for giving us such great servers and service and amazing food choices.

Paul was a wonderful server. Had amazing service with great recommendations! His wife Mercedes came and took pictures of us too, she was a bundle of joy. Made our experience delightful. Thank you to them both, we will be coming back! The highlight of my meal was the bussle sprouts paired with the chennin blanc white wine!

Hotel Emma was the perfect getaway for our family! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, but Walter especially made sure we were taken care of from the moment we arrived until our departure! We didn’t make it easy arriving with a carsick child, but everyone went over and beyond to accommodate us in every way! Thank you to Walter and the Hotel Emma staff!
