Hotel Emma at Pearl on the Riverwalk

My first stay at Hotel Emma was amazing! The only draw back was that I didn’t stay a whole week! Pulling up to the property was magical. The 5 star experience started with valet. Check-in was seamless. The atmosphere of the hotel was stunning. The old world meets new aesthetic was perfect. My room was “chef’s kiss”. It was extremely spacious and beautiful. Truly wish I had spent more time in the hotel. Turn down service provided some delicious treats. Breakfast at Supper inside Hotel Emma was delectable. The eggs in the breakfast croissant sandwich were perfection. The French toast was the best French toast I’ve ever had. Reminded me of crème brûlée. Just order it and you’ll understand. A MUST is “Mercede’s Coffee. Trust me, just order it. Such a pleasure meeting Sabrina and Epiphany. I’m looking looking forward to our next stay.

Superb service. All the staff was so attentive. They welcomed us from the valet, to registration, to cleaning staff. Everyone inquired why we were visiting which was a birthday and a baby gender reveal. Sunny at the front desk sent us a gift for the reveal, and Paul (Server at Supper) gave me a complimentary mimosa for my birthday. After the reveal many staff members asked about the reveal and what the gender was. Excellent rooms with turn down service. Great bar and complimentary drinks in the Library. Great history to the building and interesting architecture. Great location in the Pearl and River Walk. Loved it!

Great food, great experience and excellent service. The coffee that Mercedes makes is a must try. The service from Paul and Mercedes is amazing!

I stayed at Hotel Emma for my anniversary, and it was incredible. Arriving, the staff were all very welcoming and warm and the check in was smooth and thorough. Our room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and our amenities and service were personal and made our anniversary feel so special. This was such a memorable experience and we loved it so much!! Hotel Emma itself is so beautiful and it truly feels like escaping into a different world when you are there. Our room was also SO quiet, despite the city of San Antonio surrounding we were able to escape into our room and feel 100% at peace. Absolutely wonderful! Thank you Hotel Emma.

Great hotel and wonderful valet service. All staff went out of their way to make sure everything was above satisfactory.

I don't exaggerate when I say, c'est magnifique! Mercedes and Paul were the most lovely and attentive servers, always on top of things. Both gave excellent explanations while I was split between two items. 10/10 would recommend, maybe order two french toasts though. One wouldn't be enough between two people.

We had such a wonderful stay! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the place was absolutely beautiful. So much attention to even the smallest details. Each day the staff would leave notes wishing us a good day. The atmosphere is very elevated. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Emma! We stayed in one of the terrace rooms, which we highly recommend! Overall, it was a 5-star experience! We will definitely be back!
