The service at this hotel was exceptional, with every staff member being incredibly warm and friendly. The service was enthusiastic, the room was spotless and well-equipped, and it was also very comfortable. The hotel's breakfast was very generous and delicious. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

Pretty good, and they even offer a driver to the airport! The service attitude was also excellent!

Every business trip, I choose to stay here. The service attitude is truly excellent, making for a very satisfying stay. The soundproofing in the room is superb; it didn't disturb my work during the day and ensured a peaceful night's sleep. It's really great! The 1.8-meter bed and the floor-to-ceiling windows offering a view just lift your spirits.

The airport shuttle service was excellent, with a bus every hour that got me to the airport right on time. Check-in at the front desk was professional and quick, and the staff were very friendly with sweet smiles. The room was spacious and offered plenty of moving around space. The hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly, and the sheets and duvet covers were soft and comfortable. I really loved this place, highly recommend it with five stars! ❤️❤️❤️

The place is quite clean, and they pay attention to the details. The bath towels in the room were hygienic, and breakfast was really nice. For this price, it's excellent value for money. Definitely recommend it.

This hotel is quite good. The service is excellent, and it's very clean. The breakfast spread is also very rich, and they offer a complimentary airport shuttle service. I was with my family, and I think it's a great choice.

The room was decent, good enough for a layover sleep. They even picked me up from the airport late at night, and I could check out as late as 2 PM. Guangdong's rainy season is a real pain; everything feels a bit damp. Turning on the air conditioning helped. The room's ventilation could be better though; it had a slight musty smell when I first walked in.

The hygiene was absolutely unacceptable. There were numerous tiny black bloodsucking bugs all over the bed. When I squashed them, they were full of blood. After lying down for a short while, my whole body was covered in red, swollen bites, and my scalp was crawling. It was impossible to rest. I had planned a brief stopover to catch a flight, but not only did I not get any rest, it left me with severe psychological discomfort. I didn't dare go near the bed for the entire stay. When I reported it to the front desk, the staff showed complete indifference, offered no apology, no room change, and no compensatory action whatsoever. Their service attitude was perfunctory and cold. It was an extremely poor stay, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place!
