We expected it’s a new hotel which opened on 2025, however we found that the room is not as new as we expected ?! Even the TV is not working at all since we checked in till checked out ! The reception was saying that there were some issue for all Tv network … and the room is quite dark and the AC is not so well work, even we put it 65’c , but still not feeling so comfortable, the temperature in the lobby is much much better !!

I'm not sure I've had a worse experience with a hotel before... Rooms weren't ready at 4:00 pm check in time, a man - possibly cleaning staff? - barged in our room at 9:00 am. Hardly knocked, never once said "housekeeping." The body wash container was completely empty and a wad of hair that didn't belong to us on the shower floor. Extremely disappointing with our stay to say the least.

Great location. Very cool atmosphere and very artsy. Love the museum style and the artworks. The check-in process was slow and the front-desk staff was a bit unprofessional.

Went above and beyond expectations. Room was cleaned everyday and the staff were very nice. They always greeted me with a smile when I walked in the hotel

Staff were very friendly and helpful so this is not a criticism of them. Property is under renovation so perhaps that is a contributing factor.

It was a nice, short stay overall. The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed in a corner suite, and one of the TV's wouldn't connect to the internet, and the coffee maker in the room was broken (leaked water everywhere when trying the brew). For our short stay this wasn't a big problem, and the front desk staff was helpful and offered to take care of these issues.
