Crystal Inn

Great place to stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was ample and good.

Old and out dated. Took a while for the staff to come to the front desk. The walls were paper thin. It’s right next to a freeway and so very noisy.

All was good with the exception of the first night, the bldg run out of hot water. Other than that the price is for what I was expecting.

Our ac made a weird noise the tv didnt work and breakfast does not have many options

The room wasnt cleaned when asked to clean. The beds were made, but sheets werent changed. The trash wasnt dumped.

The room feels so great, and I good to stay here next time when I am back to work in this area

Toilet was broken and sink was clogged. I informed the front desk within 30 minutes of checking in and reminded them again the next morning. Both times they told me that it would be taken care of. After staying in the room two nights and checking out, still, no one came to fix it. A used bar of soap from the previous guest was still in the shower so it couldn't have been cleaned well. It's sad because I've been staying at this place for a while. It was nice at first and a very good deal for the price. But it seems like there's been no maintenance or upkeep and they don't really care to.

Room was clean & staff was courteous. Toilet needs fixing and sink doesn't drain. I work near by, so I was really just there to sleep to avoid making the long drive to and from home at 130am. Other than that, it served it's purpose. Would def stay again a night or 2 outta the week

Second time staying there elevator out of order again. Toilet bowl water continues to run never fills up for flushing. Building states no smoking but second floor smells like ashtray.
