The room was great, with a large sofa that could easily fit one person, which was perfect for our family trip, ensuring everyone slept well. The room also offered a nice view. The front desk upgraded us to a junior suite, which even had a washing machine – a huge plus for washing all the sweaty clothes every day! I think it's pretty good. The breakfast was plentiful, and we stayed in a one-bedroom Sky Suite with a living room, perfect for families with kids. It has a kitchen and fridge, so you can cook your own meals, and there are pots, pans, and cutlery available. There's also a washing machine. The living room has a sofa bed, which I think would be great for a family of four! Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven, Starbucks, and even a massage parlor. It's very close to CentralWorld and the Erawan Shrine. I'd definitely stay here again! They even provide toiletries and children's tableware for babies.

The environment is excellent, and the front desk service is fantastic. The mattress is very comfortable, and the cleanliness is good. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel; compliments to the housekeeping crew, Kaew HM & Nom. The hotel room is equipped with an air purifier & it really helps with my sinus issues. Walkable to Erawan Shrine, Big C, Siam Paragon etc. Price for my 2-bedroom suite was reasonable via Trip.com & the only comment I have is to install a shower curtain at the main bathtub cos I had an issue with the shower water flooding the toilet!! Lucky there was a second bathroom with a practical standing shower. The deli at the lobby serves great coffee & cocoa drinks - love the coconut biscuit that comes with it - wanted to buy but they don’t sell the biscuits!
