The twin room wasn't big, but it was very clean and beautifully decorated. The complimentary ice creams were terrible; you could have just ignored them.

Great stay at this hotel. Amazing location, close to all the big malls. Wonderful service. Everything was good.

Great location within walking distance to central world. Plenty of massage and restaurant options nearby. Rooftop pool was also amazing!

This was my second stay at Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok. The sunlight streaming into the lobby makes the whole space feel bright and welcoming. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff were very thoughtful and polite they even checked what amenities I might need. Of course, I have to mention the lovely towel elephant they made (with little eyes!) absolutely adorable. The location is excellent. There’s a 7-11 and massage shops right downstairs, and the BTS Chit Lom station is just outside. It’s about an 8～10 minute walk to the Erawan Shrine, and around 15～18 minutes to CentralWorld. The hotel is right in the city centre you could say it’s in the heart of everything. There are plenty of office buildings nearby, and just across the street from the hotel you’ll find lots of local food stalls, which is very convenient. Overall, it’s a great hotel. That said, having previously stayed at the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel, I felt that the front desk service here was slightly less attentive and warm in comparison. It would also be even better if the in room TV supported streaming platforms such as Netflix or YouTube.

We love the high floor infinity pool, big and spacious with sauna facilities. The location is great, very near BTS station and among walking distance. However, the studio room we stayed in is not of satisfactory cleaniness. We informed the front desk and they were very kind enough to change the room for us. The hotel staff are nice, friendly and professional! We would recommend others to stay here in their standard hotel rooms!

Everything is new and very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The coffee in the lobby was delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back again!

Very basic room which didn’t make the best use of space. Clean but found the bathroom a bit small. Front desk service very inconsistent and underwhelming for such a highly rated property; no flexibility on late check-out. 7-11 located right outside the hotel was a big plus
