Disappointing Wedding Experience We booked 8 rooms and hosted around 100 guests at this five-star hotel for a wedding event. While the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, the overall wedding experience did not meet our expectations. On the wedding day, the hotel staff did not properly welcome our guests — something we expected from a reputed five-star property. Traditionally, the hotel also prepares a special dish (such as a whole chicken or goat) for the bride and groom, but this was not done, which was quite disappointing for us. Moreover, most of the staff seemed rather serious and lacked the warmth or smiles that make guests feel truly welcome. To be fair, the facilities, cleanliness, and room service were all satisfactory. However, when it comes to hospitality and guest experience — especially on such an important occasion — the hotel needs to improve significantly. With better staff training and more attention to cultural details, they could truly live up to their five-star rating.
