The location was perfect! We especially loved the beach, as it felt secluded and private. The pool area was nice, a little dated in terms of outdoor furniture, however the pool was great. Not crowded & we pretty much had the pool to ourselves all the time.
The breakfast was ok, perhaps more options for vegetarians, maybe have some cheese, but overall not too bad. The coffee were great!! My favorite thing each morning.
The room wasn't bad, spacious & lovely sea room view. We ordered drinks at the bar, whilst at the pool, and they were terribly slow with our order. Happy hour not the best, only 3 choices , beer and two cocktails. When we ordered, they took 30 minutes to bring our drinks & got the order wrong. We returned it, saying it wasn't what we ordered & 5 minutes later, they brought out the same drink. 😅 we ordered a mango smoothie & they brought a chocolate milkshake...
More English speaking staff would be better & they should step up their service level. Great location, as it's a 20 minute walk to Lamai market & the walk along the beach was nice in the morning after breakfast. A quiet hotel, but within walking distance to a more livelier nightlight.
We had an early morning checkout & the hotel prepared a breakfast box for us, which was nice.
Next time, we'll try another hotel in Koh Samui. It was our anniversary and the hotel didn't acknowledge our special occasion at all. The beach was priceless & that took center stage. Overall, we had a lovely stay, Thank you.
