DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jefferson City

Stayed here while biking the Katy Trail. Room was clean, bed was super comfortable. We were counting on the guest laundry though and that was out of service.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. My main issues were with their parking garage. It closed at night and was chained off on both sides so my car was trapped. I had an event that night that I had to walk to due to this. Staff never gave me an explanation for this….. the room was great and the restaurant up top was fantastic. We had an amazing server and used the bar one night too. Bar tender was the nicest lady. Honestly it would have been 5 stars had they not nearly caused me to miss my event. But walking a mile up and down hills was awful. I’d have overlooked this had they done something to make it right. Free breakfast or something would have been appreciated but no all I got was a I’m not sure why that happened and I’m sorry. I expect more from a Hilton than this. Honestly I won’t be staying there again due to these issues. I’m going back to IHG hotels from now on.

Quiet. Bathroom ton had a leak and dripped Overall a very comfortable room and facility. Staff was extremely nice.

The hotel staff was helpful and the parking was great. The pool water was very cold.

Hotel was in great condition and had a great experience at the physical hotel, but outside parking was limited and the underground garage parking was terrible and tough to manage.

This is one of the best examples of a successful hotel “makeover” I have ever experienced. My last stay there (before the remodel) was less than satisfactory. This Doubletree Hilton property today is just amazing! Everything from the cleanliness, the staff, the amenities, every aspect is just a wonderful experience! Safe, clean, quiet, comfortable, fantastic! It will now be my “go to” stay every time I come to town.

The room was onevof the cleanest I've encounteted. The beds were pretty comfortable (i like firm beds). The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The pool is more dated than the rest of the hotel, but my sin had a blast in it. Would definitely stay here again.

Loud HVAC - great staff, pool, restaurant, staff, secured, great parking. Loved it!
