Best Western Plus Waterbury - Stowe

Location was great. Pool are outdoor area were exceptional. The guest rooms are in need of being updated. The staff could have been friendlier. We were charged $25 for checking in an hour before check-in time. Our room was ready so there was zero time/effort for us to check in a little early. Definitely a bad policy.

Don't let the exterior of the building scare you! Exterior needs a touch up, but inside was very clean! Our room was impeccable, water pressure in shower was amazing! Front desk staff was super helpful with restaurant suggestions! Very nice stay!

I’ve been staying at the BW Waterbury Vermont for vacation for the last decade or so. I will be back several times again this year. Excellent hotel & service!

Staff was warm, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms and the hotel itself is very clean. All the staff were lovely. The hot tub and pool was perfect and beautifully maintained on the outside as well.

The property was clean and beautiful. However, the standard room was much much too small for 4 people. In fact it was one of the smallest hotel rooms my family has ever stayed in. It cannot accommodate 4 people and the beds were smaller than standard double beds. So we added a suite which was much too expensive at over $300. Laundry cost $7. The following night we did more laundry for free at the Hotel Le Dauphin in Montreal. . Was told over and over that if the owners were here....

As expected at a Best Western......clean and fine for an overnight stay. Breakfast was good.
