This hotel has different pros and cons and the cons seem to outweigh the pros in my opinion. The pros are that this hotel is located in a lush garden, which is great if you want to wake up everyday in such an environment. The staffs are friendly. The rooms are big and quite beautiful. However, there are several significant issues. First, there are a lot of mosquitos in and out of the room, and they look quite aggressive. It is no surprise because the staffs fully open all the window and doors during cleaning. The pool is beautiful but no one uses it because it is freezing cold. This has been repeatedly mentioned in other reviews. So you have the weird situation that everyone just sits around the pool feeding the mosquitos. The internet in the room was very poor. The room has hidden spots which are extremely dirty, such as the bathroom window area. The hotel is also a bit far from the center, so you need to use grab.

We found this gem to be wonderful, kind caring staff all ways willing to help no matter how small the issue. My wife and I would recommend this lovely place to our friends and family Breakfast was perfect , room was clean and stylish Front desk perfect and don't forget the pool top 10 in my books

Great hospitality at this hotel. Staff made us feel welcomed and was always helpful to answer our questions. The garden leading to our room was well maintained and beautiful. Easy to get Grab from this location as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Rai.

A lovely resort, nice pool, good selection at breakfast - the chef makes a great omelette. Room was a lovely size. There were only a couple of small issues which were slightly irrating, you had to enter a code to use the internet, including TV for Netflix and the code had to be reenter every day. You had to leave a cash deposit to hire the umbrella's, you couldn't just hire using your room.

The indoor facilities were pleasant, but the outdoor areas were truly fantastic, featuring an outdoor pool. The only minor drawback was the lack of screens on the windows, which led to quite a few mosquitoes. We even had to specifically buy an electric mosquito repellent.
