towels are worn and old. mirror is spoilt and pool water is greenish and toiletries are missing or insufficient. sanitary bag, vanity kit and comb are missing. bath robes and pool towels are very worn and has rusty marks. but the service especially buggy calling and WhatsApp are very responsive and courteous. overall still a good holiday

Disappointing stay. The sofa had stains, the bed frame was very old, and the entire villa looked worn and in need of refurbishment. The water in the private pool was also very dirty. The recreational facilities were old and poorly maintained, and breakfast had very limited choices. We had informed the hotel that we were celebrating a birthday, but there were no birthday decorations, which was disappointing. Overall, the cleanliness, upkeep, and attention to detail fell below our expectations.

Stayed here for 3 nights, service was great. There was buggy service everywhere upon request so that’s a plus point. The rooms and its pools were clean.

This hotel is a bit old, but the staff's service attitude is very good, making guests feel warm and welcome.

Especially booked this place to celebrate our anniversary, clean room and spacious with private pool. Breakfast was decent as well. Only downside was everything was on the pricey side in the resort but overall enjoyed the stay alot.

A getaway we didnt realise we needed. The private pool is the icing on the cake! Staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Cici at check in was always with a smile. Couldnt get the names of the others but everyone was very accommodating. Breakfast was good. We have really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return for the privacy! Gym was a bit disappointing though with not much equipments.

Quiet quaint and family friendly. I went with my mum on a daughter mother trip and the hospitality was amazing. There is a small pool in our villa that we could soak in, ATV rides (extra charges) were fully guided by staff and it was convenient that we dont have to go out and book these adventures fun activities. Everything was communicated via whatsapp, even booking of private buggy from one point of the resort to another. Although there is a small negative part, the toilet smells of dead water and stunk up the whole room, otherwise everything is great for a quick weekend getaway. We enjoyed our 2nights stay at the resort, especially where the buggy can take us anywhere in the resort. But the amenities/furnitures in the resort could be improved as it looks like it has been utilised for some time. There were also marks on the sofa that makes it feel very dirty.  Service was great, staffs were friendly and helpful.  I booked for the private dining at the jetty, the set up was nice and quiet, very suitable for a beautiful night with my partner. Only issue we had was that the food took very long to come.  Ate at the Japanese restaurant as well, thought the menu could be better. We also did body scrub and foot relaxation therapy, it was great.  Overall, amenities in the resort and food can be improved. But still a great place to have vacation at, would come back again.  Thanks for having us.
