Overrated. We booked ocean view villa, so far so good but few points to be listed down. 1. No light around the stairs corner entering the premises which caused my sister fell down and now hospitalised due to fall spinal fracture and compressed her nerve which is very serious incident for a tourist. 2. Basic amenities provided but without wearing the slippers it’s still very dusty and lots of mosquitoes. 3. The breakfast is disappointed, food all very salty and oily. Less varieties with the price compared to Oakwood hotel & residences Batam. Truly disappointed. Definitely not recommended and wont be back again.

The service from the entire team—from the receptionists to the spa therapists—was absolutely excellent. However, the property is showing its age and needs some maintenance to match the high standards set by the staff.

From the check in, to our check out the staff around the resort were all very helpful and smiley. They provided us with helpful advice and recommended activities to do in the resort! Rooms were nice and clean as well and spacious. We also visited the massage in the resort and it was a really good experience! Lots of things to do around the resort even for adults, we did archery and the instructors were very encouraging and skilled in guiding first timers!

The service and the people are great. Everyone will greet you with a smile. If you want a staycation, then Montigo is best option. It is far from the city thus a bit difficult if you want go massage and shopping. It is about 30-40 mins drive. The room is very big and my kids enjoy the place.

Location is far from city. Takes around 30 - 45 minutes to Nagoya. Villa room looks old but still clean. Staff is very polite.
