The room was very spacious and clean, and the facilities were quite new. Although there isn't a direct free shuttle, the connections were still pretty convenient. The mattress was very comfortable, neither too soft nor too firm, so I didn't wake up with a backache. The room also had universal adapters, which is super convenient for mainland tourists. It's close to the airport, and getting in and out of the city is actually quite easy.

It's quite close to Grand Lisboa Palace, but the transportation here isn't very convenient; it's a bit desolate with hardly anyone around, and mostly large entertainment venues. You can take a bus from the hotel entrance to The Venetian, then walk about 800 meters to Rua da Cunha, which is much livelier. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable ☺. I was very satisfied with my stay, though the view outside was a bit disappointing, facing a bunch of chimneys.
