Fengyu Aurora Hotel (Fenghuang Ancient Town · Hongqiao Hotspot)

We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay over. They accommodated us with well. Special thanks to Mrs Liu 刘霞 for recommending our whole trip with the guide around the city, and booking us with cultural performance show, and the boat sight seeing in Tiujiang river at night. It was an unforgettable experience here because of the professionalism, friendly staffs and the clean modern room. Again I need to say thank you to Mrs Liu, for everything she's done since we arrived here, plus, arranging our rides to the cultural performance and to HSR.

There was very little amenities, the draw was wet so toothbrushes in the box got wet. No tea/coffee on the room. I booked a suite that was supposed to have a sofa but there wasn’t any, even though we paid for a bigger suite. The biggest problem was that there wasn’t a lift. And we were on the 4th floor which is really the 5th floor. As you can see no sofa. My friends. Room had a sofa. And we booked the same rooms.

A well located hotel and a very friendly staff, the view from the rooms is really nice especially ws lights turn on at night. Rooms can be cleaner and refreshed eventually as quite used.

One of the best hotel we stayed at. The staff is extremely profesional and helpful. The location is perfect to walk around the ancient town. Room is clean and cosy. I recommend this !

Perfect location, clean! Easy access via taxi. We recommend this hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and professional from the moment we arrived. Our original room faced the outside, and without us even asking, they kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a superior room at the same price so we could enjoy a quieter and more comfortable stay. The upgraded room was spacious, spotless, and very peaceful, which made a big difference after a long day of travelling. We really appreciated the hotel’s attention to guest comfort and their excellent customer service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality. Thank you for making our visit even more enjoyable!

Helpful staff and great location. Excellent location just a few steps from the river and the rainbow bridge. There was a cute balcony which we do not use because of the weather, it was to hot.
