Fengyu Chenxi Hotel (Inside Fenghuang Ancient City)

I stayed in the 'Morning Glow Special Twin Room' this time, and the location was absolutely fantastic! It's just 100 meters in from Jiangtian Plaza on Hongqiao East Road, a few minutes' walk to the core area of the ancient city. It's super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment, no need to drag your luggage far. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was an American Serta mattress – super comfortable, I slept soundly all night. Even though the price was only 280 yuan/night, the service and facilities were top-notch. The front desk lady was warm and thoughtful, and even gave helpful tips for exploring the local area. The hotel's overall style is simple and cozy, and the soundproofing is good, so it was quiet at night. For travelers on a budget who still want a comfortable stay and a great location, this is definitely the king of value for money! Next time I visit Fenghuang, I'll choose this place again! Highly recommend it to all friends planning a trip to the ancient city.

Our stay here truly exceeded expectations! The lobby was clean and bright, and our room was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and handled both check-in and check-out efficiently. They even offered helpful tips for getting around. The hotel's location is excellent, right in Jiangtian Square, very close to Tuojiang River scenic spots and restaurants. A big thanks to Miss Ma for proactively communicating transportation info to Fanjing Mountain! Upon arrival, we even got a free room upgrade, making our stay comfortable and pleasant!

Couldn't find the hotel using map navigation, but the front desk lady was super thoughtful and came out to meet us. The hotel environment is nice, and it's very close to a food court. The hotel's location is in the upper part of the old town, so it's not too noisy.

Fenghuang Ancient City is an absolute must-visit. This hotel I booked is highly recommended. The location is excellent; if you take the shuttle bus from the high-speed train station to the ancient city, it's only about a 400-meter walk to the hotel once you arrive. It's also very close to Hongqiao Bridge. Although it's not riverside, the stay experience was fantastic. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and helpful. They contacted me the day before my arrival to explain how to get from the train station to the hotel, which was very thoughtful. They even proactively upgraded my room! The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. Since my high-speed train wasn't until the evening of the next day, the hotel extended my check-out time to 2 PM, allowing me to enjoy a nice nap. Upon check-out, the hotel even gave me a thoughtful little gift (local specialty ginger candy). These details really show the hotel's attentiveness. The room pricing was also very reasonable, offering exceptional value for money. If you're not specifically looking for a river-view room, this is definitely a great and highly recommended hotel.

He provided detailed information about touring the ancient city, helped us with our luggage, and, even more remarkably, when an unexpected medical emergency arose late at night, he selflessly drove us to the hospital and picked us up in the wee hours. His kindness and willingness to help when we needed it most deeply moved us! This is truly a hotel worth staying at! Highly recommend~
