View khong Hotel

I got a room on the 3rd floor with a Mekong River view, but the air conditioning wasn't working well. Because of the hotel's good reviews, I didn't check the room right away. I dropped off my bags, enjoyed the river view from the balcony for a bit, then went out. When I returned around midnight, the AC still wasn't cooling, no matter how much I adjusted it. I reported it to the staff, and they tried to fix it, but it didn't improve. I asked to switch rooms since I saw signs indicating vacancies, but the male staff member said I couldn't and offered a fan instead. I felt terrible paying this price for a room and having to sleep in the heat with just a fan. My partner even had to carry the fan back when we checked out in the morning. When I mentioned how hot it was and that I barely slept because of the AC, the front desk staff retorted that the previous night's guests had no issues with that room. Instead of apologizing or trying to make me feel better, I felt the service was quite unsatisfactory. However, the room itself was nice, and the view was beautiful, which I really liked.

We chose a room on the Mekong riverside, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay, whether you're a couple or a family. (The room included breakfast.) Overall, it was excellent and well worth the stay! 🏖️🏝️

I loved the pleasant scent when I checked in. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and spacious. Waking up to the view of the Mekong River in the morning was stunning.

Everything was great, but the pillow was too soft.

The view along the Mekong River is stunning, especially at sunrise. It's a beautiful sight to start the day. I recommend booking a seat on the side with a great view.

Great value for money. New hotel, not expensive, includes unlimited breakfast, located by the Mekong River, opposite Laos. Beautifully lit up at night.
