The Surin Phuket

Choosing this place for our honeymoon was absolutely the right decision! The beach is private with soft, fine sand, and hardly any broken seashells, which shows the hotel staff do a great job keeping it clean. All the service staff were incredibly attentive and always had a smile on their faces.

The view is unbeatable. The breakfast was terrible, and the cleanliness was just okay. The slippers weren't disposable? The first pair I got, one was wet and the other had a tissue stuck inside – not just placed in, but actually stuck. I asked the staff to change them, and the replacements were even older and had greasy spots. I requested new ones, and they finally brought fresh ones. For a hotel that isn't cheap, the slipper situation was really off-putting.

Worth every star! Every staff member provided such detailed service. The front desk lady (pictured in photo 8), I don't know her name, but she was genuinely lovely, with a sweet smile and so welcoming. The private beach is amazing too! This is definitely a hotel I'd love to visit again.

The hotel is pretty good, and the service is exceptionally attentive. They respond to everything very promptly. The room facilities are quite good; they have a hairdryer and slippers. Breakfast, personally, I found it just okay. Edible, but not delicious.

The hotel is in a quiet area, and the rooms are private. It's close to the beach, which is also private. There's an airport shuttle that goes to Surin Beach, but you have to walk about 800 meters from there to the hotel. While I was there, they were cutting down a tree for about two hours, which was a bit noisy, but they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Not many staff speak Chinese, so you'll need to communicate in English. The best part of the hotel is the sunset, it's absolutely stunning! Breakfast was also really good. I'm so happy, I could stay here for a whole month, haha.

The scenery is beautiful, and the private beach has soft, fine sand. The service is warm and friendly. However, there's no air conditioning in the breakfast area, and the breakfast selection isn't very wide.

Heard this is Gu Ailing's favorite, so I brought my girlfriend here. What a beautiful hotel!!! The views are first-class, you can see the ocean and the pool directly. However, the room decor is a bit plain and feels quite old-fashioned, like it hasn't been updated in years. Sharing the beach with Amam is a big plus, the beach is stunning. There was a lot of renovation noise from the room opposite ours, but they offered a free room upgrade. We declined the upgrade and opted for a late check-out instead. I highly recommend this place for couples! For a moment, I thought I'd run into Buffett and Munger!!!

Every detail was excellent; a perfect resort. It shares the same private beach, Surin Beach, with the neighboring Aman, and the sand is incredibly fine and clean. There are few guests, and everyone respects each other's privacy, making the entire hotel quiet and comfortable.
