The apartment offers fully self-check-in, which was very easy to do. The customer service was also always available to answer questions with a great attitude and prompt replies. The rooftop pool is truly amazing, with views of Doi Suthep.

It was alright, nothing particularly noteworthy. **Security:** Good, there's controlled access. **Check-in convenience:** Smooth enough. **Cleanliness:** Decent, many items seemed new. **Environment:** Fine, everything was clean. **Service:** Excellent, very prompt responses.

Affordable price and great environment. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chiang Mai. The rooftop pool is fantastic, and the facilities are comprehensive. It's also easy to get a taxi. The host was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service!

This stay was truly unique. Like a secret agent, I went to the mailbox to retrieve the keys. Once inside, the room was very cozy and had a homey feel. The main room had a balcony, while the other room didn't have a window, but it was fine as I could sleep with the door open at night. The hotel's most distinctive feature is the swimming pool on the roof – it's absolutely, incredibly beautiful. I highly recommend the 156-meter Sky River; everyone knows it locally if you just say "Sky River" when taking a taxi.

Thank you for the thoughtful service! The environment was very comfortable, and the room was clean with all the necessary appliances, making it a very pleasant stay. The only downside was that the freezer and fridge had a strong durian smell from the previous guests, which unfortunately lingered until the last day.
