We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was below expectations. The room was dirty, especially the toilet. When I tried using the floor mat provided to clean the floor, I noticed that the mat itself was already dirty. On the second morning, I asked housekeeping to clean the floor, but it became apparent that the cleaning was quite basic. The mop itself was already dirty and did not appear to have been properly rinsed or soaked in water and detergent before being used. I went down to reception to report the issue, and they acknowledged that it was due to negligence on the housekeeping side. To their credit, they addressed the matter by providing us with another room. Another thing to note is that the area outside the hotel rooms is not air-conditioned, so you may occasionally see lizards around the corridor area. This may be something to consider if you are uncomfortable with that. The breakfast selection was also fairly limited, with not many options available. Overall, the main positive point of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently located around a 5–7 minute walk from Hoi An Old Town, which makes it easy to explore the area on foot. However, based on our experience, the housekeeping, cleanliness, and breakfast selection could be significantly improved.

staffs are lovely. location is good. rooms abit run down. shower head at hip level which i still cant understand why. Don’t need to top up for the view as balcony all covered by the vine.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the staff are very friendly, the breakfast is also good, the swimming pool environment and facilities are excellent, and the location is great, not far from the old town. Highly recommended.

Mulberry Collection Silk Eco is truly an impressive hotel and one of the highlights of my stay in Hoi An. The location is excellent—less than a 10-minute walk to the Ancient Town, making it incredibly convenient while still being tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area. It offers the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. The hotel facilities are outstanding. Guests can enjoy a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, spa, lounge area, laundry facilities, and many other thoughtful amenities that enhance the overall experience. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was equally impressive, with strong water pressure and a well-designed layout that made daily routines enjoyable. Service throughout the hotel was warm, attentive, and professional. One of the biggest surprises was the food. The breakfast spread offers an excellent selection of both Eastern and Western cuisine, alongside authentic Vietnamese dishes. The variety of appetizers, salads, beverages, and desserts was equally impressive, making every breakfast a delightful experience. There are, however, two areas that could be improved. Firstly, there was a noticeable sewage-like odor coming from the bathroom drainage system. The smell was most apparent after returning to the room following a period of absence and could occasionally be quite unpleasant. Secondly, the elevator door sensor did not appear to be functioning optimally. During my stay, another guest did not press the open button, and as I entered the elevator slightly slower, the door closed on my hand, causing a minor cut and slight bleeding. While the injury was not serious, it highlighted a potential safety concern that the hotel may wish to address. Overall, Mulberry Collection Silk Eco is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location, wonderful facilities, comfortable rooms, great service, and fantastic food. With a few maintenance improvements, it would be very close to a perfect stay.

Very nice hotel with great location (in the old town but around the corner on a less busy street); well equipped with swimming pool, gym and spa facilities; the restaurant is great and we enjoyed our breakfast with lots of food choices; staff is helpful especially Helen who helped arrange car transfer for us to another hotel in Danang.
