We booked two rooms at Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 for our family trip and had an amazing time! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Sukhumvit, just steps away from Phrom Phong BTS skytrain station and directly connected to the fabulous Emporium and EmQuartier malls. It made getting around Bangkok, shopping, and finding great food so effortless and convenient.
The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool for some relaxation after busy days exploring. The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay.
A wonderful hotel in a prime spot – highly recommended for families or anyone wanting easy access to the best of Bangkok!

Stayed in MBS24 6 times since 2023.
This hotel is absolutely convenient for me as it just take about 1-2mins to the Phrom Phong BTS station.
Also, it is only 1-4 mins walking distance to 3 shopping malls nearby and there were quite a lot massage parlors
Personal amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste are on request only.
Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 is always my first priority. Thank you :D

It was amazing. The hotel location is well connected to everything while also preserving the tranquility of the rooms.
There is also a big 7/11 right downstairs which is a huge plus.
The rooms are always very clean and the bed is very comfortable.
The only thing that caught me off guard was the deposit- they only accept credit card/cash.

Excellent stay! The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Location is perfect — just a short walk to malls, cafes and BTS. I will definitely come back!

This has always been my go-to hotel in Bangkok. It's just a 2-minute walk to Emporium shopping mall and a 5-minute walk to the SkyTrain station. I initially chose it for its excellent location, but the hotel's service is fantastic, the rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast is pretty good too.

I have the most wonderful time at Mercure hotel. Just a few mins outside are many massages and also mall and the BTS is within walking distance.
The rooms are so spacious though is double bed. We still able to walk around with ease and there is also table place and a sofa bed. I booked two rooms and one room is queen sized bed room and it was fantastic. I was caught off guard when I return back from shopping and found my bed with happy birthday greetings.
