Secrets la Romana, An All-Inclusive Adult Only Resort

We did not go to the spa. And that other dream resorts we had a choice of top shelf drinks without paying extra. The beach was very small, but the pools were beautiful although I like to walk along a nice long beach.

In general, premesis were very well maintained, food was good quality and staff was well trained.

Secrets La Romana is a beautiful and well-maintained resort. The staff is friendly and helpful. They were very attentive to dietary restrictions. The food was great. The access to Dreams Romana doubled the size of the resort. Nightly shows enhanced the experience. We would go back.

Parking was easy and secured. The service was good, but it has room for improvement. We tried to call room service and the phone line never was picked up. Later we found out to do any room service request online only because we happened to see the instruction on the tv, otherwise we would not have known how to contact room service. The food was ok, we didn't eat much in the hotel since we went out of the premises to have dinner. Lost and found does not work there so don't loos your sandals.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the quiet relaxing atmosphere and if we wanted more activities we could go next door to Dreams. We liked how secure the property felt with guards on the beach. The room was clean. Lots of food choices between the 2 resorts. Only suggestion would be to have more waite service on the beach area

We are visiting this hotel for 6 years. It’s finally noticeable that hotel is getting old. Beach and ocean are excellent, but bedding and infrastructure are getting old.

We had a wonderful stay! We stayed in the adult side with preferred access. The food, hotel, spa and especially the beach were just outstanding!

Resort staff and grounds are beautiful. Secrets is sister to Dreams and in comparing the two; I’d select Dreams over Secrets. Luckily we were able to gain access to Dreams amenities. Their restaurants were better and overall Dreams had more to offer.
