I rarely leave bad reviews, but my stay here was absolutely terrible! There was dust accumulated everywhere in the room, especially by the bedside. The cleaning was incredibly superficial. After I reported the issues, the staff completely disregarded my feedback and just casually wiped away some surface dust without a thorough cleaning. On top of that, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, buzzing and vibrating all night long, making it impossible to get any rest. The after-sales service was very unhelpful! I paid good money to stay somewhere that caused me so much frustration. I definitely won't be back and do not recommend this place.

This is the best hotel room I've ever stayed in in Hong Kong! I got incredibly lucky that day and was upgraded to a tower suite. Not only did it have a sea view, but the room itself exceeded all expectations – super spacious and felt really fresh. The lobby staff were excellent, and the location is fantastic. It's only about 3 km from the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station. In the evenings, you can take a stroll along the waterfront, which is right downstairs. You can also walk to K11, Victoria Harbour, and there are tons of other fun places and great food spots just downstairs.

Since it was my birthday, I got upgraded room with just breathtaking view! Super big and comfortable and clean. It's a busy hotel with lots of rooms, hence the guest, so for check in you might wait for a while, but check out takes literally 3 seconds. The swimming pool on the roof top is enough for swimming, and again the view is perfect! Breakfast could be more fresh for a five star hotel, with more different desserts, but it has enough options. I'll definitely come back here again!

Mixed review for an overnight stay: - I booked a large room 25+ sq m to get proper space to work - the room was clean and bathroom was clean  - the location is great walking distance to ferry to north point and Whampoa MTR station - Lots of eateries and mall nearby walking distance - the hotel has a strange policy of no tooth brush, no water in the room. For this price, this should be included and not optional. Environment is lame excuse give the extensive use of air conditioning and lighting everywhere and all the cars and taxis with engine on outside the hotel. Just saving on water bottle and toothbrush for environment is a lame excuse and. It consistent with the star rating.  - the staff are really rude - it seems HK people resent visitors and feel a grudge having to serve overseas visitors from mainland
