The hotel was clean and centrally located, but the overall experience was extremely underwhelming for the price. There was no AC, and opening the window was suggested despite the unbearable noise pollution that made sleeping difficult throughout my stay. Staff also refused to assist with a simple taxi call, even when I offered to call myself and only needed help communicating in Spanish. The breakfast was disappointing, with limited options, burnt pastries and poor replenishment. No drinking water was provided either. The dismissive attitude of the staff left me feeling unwelcome. Overall, the service and value for money fell well below expectations.

The hotel looks chic, but unfortunately the rooms are a bit dated. I had requested a quiet room, which we got, but unfortunately there was still a lot of traffic noise. Plus points: close to the lovely park and good restaurants.

For a 4-star hotel, I expected this level of service, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Having mistakenly booked a room online without parking, upon arrival I asked to change it to one with parking included, but this wasn't possible. The receptionist told me it was impossible...
